Maine Studio Works is a nearly 8,000 sq/ft turnkey production/photo studio, and private event rental space in the heart of the East Bayside neighborhood of Portland, Maine. Blind Tiger Portland occupies an 1823 Federal-style mansion in Portland's West End — a building with a history as layered as the city itself. Built by Joseph Holt Ingraham and expanded over the following decades, the property served as a private school, a rectory, and, during Prohibition, an illicit gathering spot that locals quietly called "Social Corners." A thorough 2020 renovation preserved original architectural details — the rooftop cupola, the ornate fireplaces, the basement billiards room — while reimagining the mansion as a boutique inn and social gathering space. For private events, the property offers a collection of named gathering rooms accommodating groups from 10 to 35 guests. The Barroom, the Dining Room, the Living Room, the Sun Porch, and the Billiards Room can each be reserved individually; the Living Room and Dining Room can be combined for larger parties. The venue works with a preferred list of outside caterers and provides a commercial kitchen on-site. It is well suited to intimate weddings, elopement ceremonies, milestone celebrations, and corporate retreats.

Purpoodock Club is a private golf club set on 188 acres in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, a short drive from downtown Portland. Founded in 1922 on the James Solomon Hannaford Estate, the club has built more than a century of golfing tradition around an 18-hole course designed by Larry Rowe and expanded to its current layout by Geoffrey Cornish in 1957. The clubhouse hosts private events ranging from intimate dinners to full wedding receptions. The Spurwink Room, a 45-by-60-foot space with a private entrance, wrap-around deck, overhead sound system, and views of the first tee and ninth green, accommodates up to 145 guests. The Fireside Room offers a more intimate setting with a fireplace, large windows, and leather seating for up to 40 guests. Both rooms overlook lush gardens and the carefully maintained grounds. The club provides in-house food and beverage services for all events, along with event director consultation and day-of coordination. Wedding receptions include a private tasting, standard white linens, bridal suite access, complete event setup, and cake plating.

The Portland Club occupies the historic Shepley-Hunnewell mansion at 156 State Street in Portland, Maine — a late 19th-century landmark the club has called home since 1920. Founded in 1886, the nonprofit organization has preserved the mansion's original character, from its ornate woodwork and grand chandeliers to the period architectural details that give the building its distinctive atmosphere. The mansion's first-floor ballroom serves as the primary setting for receptions, while the elegant parlors and intimate gathering rooms accommodate ceremonies, cocktail hours, and smaller private affairs. Ketcha Outdoors is a year-round nonprofit on 107 acres in Scarborough, Maine, offering indoor and outdoor event rental space alongside its youth programs. The property's natural setting — open fields, forest trails, and a working barn — gives weddings, reunions, and corporate gatherings a distinctly unpretentious character that is hard to find in traditional event venues. The centerpiece for indoor celebrations is the Great Room, a 2,200-square-foot space with hardwood floors, a 30-foot vaulted ceiling, large windows overlooking the grounds, and a massive stone fireplace. It seats up to 150 guests and connects through sliding doors to the adjacent Conference Room, which seats 40 or more and works well as a breakout or cocktail space. Outdoors, the 1,200-square-foot Pavilion — equipped with electric power and lights — and a dedicated outdoor stage accommodate up to 130 guests and can host ceremonies, live music, and al fresco dining. Weekend rentals run Friday evening through Sunday evening and include use of the Great Room, Pavilion, grounds, kitchen, and bathrooms, along with banquet tables and folding chairs. Renters bring their own caterers, bar service, and décor, keeping every event fully customizable. Proceeds from facility rentals directly support Ketcha Outdoors' mission of connecting youth to the outdoors.

The property combines historic coastal architecture with updated event facilities, offering couples and hosts a setting where the Atlantic serves as a constant backdrop. The Meeting House itself is the centerpiece for receptions, featuring 12-foot ceilings, crown molding, and custom chandeliers — accommodating up to 200 guests. The adjacent Oceanfront Lawn provides a garden-inspired outdoor ceremony setting with a historic arbor, garden seating, and ocean views for up to 200 guests. For smaller gatherings, the Breakwater Room hosts intimate celebrations of up to 50. An indoor alternative can accommodate ceremonies of up to 130 guests when weather calls for it. Customizable catering packages highlight local and seasonal ingredients, and a dedicated events team guides couples through planning from initial booking through the wedding day. On-site lodging with a 20-room hotel block and walking-distance dining round out what the Meeting House offers as a self-contained destination for events.

La Maison O can be rented in its entirety for film production and features several amazing spaces including The Dungeon. The Dungeon can be rented separately for private events, parties, classes, anniversaries, gaming events, etc. The Dungeon is an actual 2000 sq ft dungeon that has been built in the lowest level of La Maison O. With an occupancy of 40 it features a centerpiece circular bar, a knights of the round table, a conversation pit, as well as sound and lighting. Given its intense theme and adult nature we cater mainly to adult events with the majority of attendees over 18. The Dungeon is not accessible. There is a bathroom. Beverage service is BYOB. We can provide staff including bartender, DJ, actors and video production. The Dungeon is a phenomenal location for content creators.
