We are a 2 home and private venue vacation rental property. We offer an all-inclusive venue experience for our vacation rental guests that need overnight accommodations. Our 20x35 building can seat to 80, cathedral style for weddings. It can seat up to 60 for a sit down meal with tables/chairs. Bookings can only be placed through Airbnb or VRBO. A weekend booking, including the event fee is typically 5,000, including the overnight accommodations. Seasonal prices may also apply. A 2 night stay at our vacation home rental is approximately $4000* (taxes and fees included. This includes overnight accommodations for up to 16 people and is 2 Homes next door. This is a private venue location, so it is only offered to our overnight vacation rental customers. Our add-on event venue pricing is as follows: $750 – Up to 25 guests INCLUDING THOSE ON THE OVERNIGHT RESERVATION – Max 20 cars total. $1,500 - 26 to 50 Guests INCLUDING THOSE ON THE OVERNIGHT RESERVATION - Max 20 cars total. $2,000 - 51 - 80 Guests INCLUDING THOSE ON THE OVERNIGHT RESERVATION - Max 30 cars total. Children under 2 years old do not count as guests. We require a minimum of 2 nights stay in the home, and that would be a separate rental cost. *Some Holidays and seasonal pricing may be more. Weeknights may be less. Inquire with guest count and dates for an exact quote. The overnight accommodations amount can be viewed anytime on VRBO or Airbnb.
