Wheeling Island Hotel Casino Racetrack

In Wheeling, West Virginia, Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack folds a full events program into a property already built for a crowd — casino floor, hotel, and greyhound track sharing the same grounds. Five multi-purpose event venues carry the private-event side, staffed by a team that coordinates catering, technical needs, and décor for conferences, holiday office parties, bridal and baby showers, team-building sessions, and private events. Weddings get their own lane. A range of West Virginia wedding packages can be shaped around each couple's vision for a distinctive casino wedding. Much of the appeal is what surrounds the celebration: guests can step away to slots, table games, and poker, follow the greyhound racing and sportsbook, or settle into one of the hotel's rooms and suites without leaving the grounds. Banquet and catering service ties it together for events that want dining, entertainment, and overnight stays in a single place.
