  1. Somebody asked me to plan an event and I don’t know where to start. I’m just an executive assistant! What do I do?
  2. Let us handle it! We’ll discuss your company’s goals for the event and take care of the rest – from sourcing vendors, planning details, and day-of production. You just need to show up and see your hard work come to fruition!
  3. Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
  4. We handle all payments between venues & vendors so that you don't have to. You will receive one clean invoice from WCE with all the itemized parts of your event from F&B & venue fees, to entertainment & enhancements. Then you only have to pay us as the vendor & we remit payment to everyone else.
  5. I’m a planner myself and don’t really need full-service. Can we make this work?
  6. Absolutely. We work with plenty of in-house planners (and have been in your shoes ourselves!), and we like to think of ourselves as an extension of you. We’ve got your back.
