You have arrived in the very center of Salem's historic district. The City of Salem owns the property, which is situated in close proximity to the central business district of Salem, and the Friends of Deepwood are in charge of managing it. Deepwood is included on the National Register of Historic Places, and in addition to providing a wide range of activities, including events and programs, it is also open to the general public throughout the entire year. The town of Deepwood is known for much more than its picturesque appearance. We invite anyone who is interested to come and explore Deepwood, whether it is to take a stroll through the gardens, take part in a special event that is held on the grounds, or tour the museum home. The Deepwood Historic House Museum is a non-profit educational institution that offers tours, exhibitions, and lecture series that provide visitors with an insight into the early history of Salem. The Troutdale House by the Sandy River
411 E Historic Columbia River Hwy, Troutdale, OR 97060, USA- Spaces for 200 Guests
The Troutdale House by the Sandy River occupies a building that began as a vegetable packing house in the early 1900s, when Troutdale, Oregon was known as the celery growing capital of the world. Original wooden beams from that era remain in place today. The building went on to serve as an antique store, an art gallery, and even a brewery before Laura Burlus purchased the property in 2007 and opened it as a wedding venue on May 1, 2008 — with her own vow renewal as the very first event held there. Renovations between 2014 and 2021 added a wine cellar, a Victorian room, a lodge-style ceremony site, and a weatherproof wisteria courtyard, giving couples seven ceremony locations to choose from, three indoors and four outdoors, including two covered, year-round outdoor sites with heaters. The three-story building also holds the Enchanted Ballroom, with high ceilings and chandeliers, and the Rustic Lodge, warmed by a gas fireplace. The venue hosts only one event per day, and rentals include tables, chairs, linens, décor, and lighting with no hidden fees. An open vendor policy lets couples bring in their own caterers and bartenders. The property also includes a private bridal suite with makeup stations, a groom's lounge styled around a vintage 1950s Cadillac, and a game room with pool, air hockey, foosball, and vintage arcade games for guests to enjoy.

Flinn Block Hall

- 1 Ballroom
- 1 Historic Space
Flinn Block Hall occupies the second floor of the Historic Flinn Block, a landmark building in downtown Albany, Oregon listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Historic Flinn Block combines two structures — the Flinn Block Building, built in 1887 as the city's premier office space, and the Ames Building, a 1910 hardware store — joined into a single building in the 1970s. The current owners purchased the building in 2005 and began transforming it into an event space in 2006, after a restoration helper asked to hold his wedding in a recently-vacated open area. What began as a one-time favor grew into a full renovation, adding an elevator for guest and equipment access, opening the front of the room to expose brick and large picture windows, building dressing rooms, and adding woodwork and a chandelier to the entryway. The 3,000-square-foot ballroom seats up to 226 guests at 60-inch round and 6-foot rectangular tables, with capacity for up to 400 with chairs alone. Exposed brick walls, antique fir floors, tall ceilings, and strings of white lights give the space its character, while a 17-foot service bar, a separate catering prep area, and two furnished dressing rooms support weddings, receptions, anniversary parties, and other private celebrations. There are no exclusive caterers or vendor requirements — clients may self-cater or bring in vendors of their choosing — and the venue allows alcohol service with an OLCC-licensed server and no corkage fee.

Outdoors, couples can marry beneath the property's old growth oak trees, with the indoor venue serving as a rain-or-shine backup during peak season and a favored ceremony site in the off-season. The Martin family acquired the original motel in 1979, added the on-site Wayfarer Restaurant in 1983, and grew it into the resort it is today. For events, Surfsand Resort offers oceanfront space for everything from barefoot beach ceremonies to receptions with panoramic views of Haystack Rock and the Oregon Coastal Mountain Range. Over the following decades it welcomed a string of minor league affiliates, and actor Kurt Russell famously played second base there in 1971. When the ballpark faced demolition in 2000, a community-led Save-Our-Stadium Committee stepped in to preserve it, and the Bend Elks organization began play that same summer. Today the stadium offers several group and private rental spaces for events. The BBQ Deck, down the third baseline, holds 12 to 100 guests and can be divided into two sections or booked as one unit. Voodoo Doughnut

Voodoo Doughnut got its start in 2003, when Kenneth "Cat Daddy" Pogson and Tres Shannon rented a small storefront between two nightclubs in Old Town Portland after noticing downtown Portland had no doughnut shop of its own. The shop's mix of traditional and unconventional flavors, playful branding, and round-the-clock hours drew national media attention within a month of opening, and the brand has since expanded to locations across the country. Beyond doughnuts, Voodoo Doughnut hosts legally binding wedding ceremonies at select locations, offering couples a distinctive, sprinkle-covered alternative to a traditional chapel. Ceremony packages scale from intimate gatherings of up to 9 guests to celebrations of up to 40, each built around custom doughnut centerpieces, newlywed dolls, and coffee service, with a blessing from the shop's "Spirit Channeler" as part of the short ceremony. The brand also supports corporate and private events through doughnut and coffee catering delivery, along with custom doughnut orders for birthdays, baby showers, corporate conferences, brand activations, and other group gatherings.

Maysara Winery
15765 SW Muddy Valley Rd, McMinnville, OR 97128, USA- Spaces for 299 Guests
Maysara Winery sits on the Momtazi Estate in the Coast Range foothills south of McMinnville, Oregon, on 532 acres of former wheat farmland that Moe and Flora Momtazi purchased on April 1, 1997. The estate's warmer days and cooler nights, with less precipitation during harvest, give the property its distinct terroir, and vines are trained to yield just 1.75-2.25 tons per acre for concentrated fruit. The winery is female-made and biodynamic, grown and crafted in harmony with the land it farms. Rather than chemical inputs, the estate relies on a holistic approach to soil health, growing medicinal and dynamic flowers and herbs that are turned into compost teas — a reflection of the belief that 90% of winemaking takes place in the vineyard. Maysara is home to one of the largest indoor and outdoor venues in Oregon's Willamette Valley wine country, a stone and wood structure with a rustically sophisticated feel set among the vines. The space hosts weddings, corporate events, and private occasions ranging from intimate to grand, with a parking lot accommodating up to 125 vehicles and furnishings including barstools, glass and wine barrel tables, indoor 60" rounds, fruitwood folding chairs, and Edison string lights.
