Taking inspiration from an outdoor movie theater, Jarrod figured if people can get together and socially distance themselves to watch a movie, he could find a way to make the same thing happen with a bar. His idea, TailGate Outdoor Sports Bar, grew larger as he approached a number of venues with the concept. Taylor then quit her full-time day job to take over operations and help invest in the bar, and the rest is history. TailGate Outdoor Sports Bar was made with COVID-19 in mind to create a one-of-a-kind bar and entertainment experience. Each table fits up to 10 guests, has its own heater if needed, a 65 inch TV, a QR Code for contactless food and beverage orders, and a hand sanitizing station.
