Union Springs is an East Texas wedding and event location. It is situated on 33 acres of land surrounded by magnificent woodlands. It gives the appearance of a rustic western horse barn, yet it also features modern facilities for brides. The barn is 5000 square feet and can comfortably seat 250 people. There are two covered porches with seating for another 65 people. A bride's dressing room with her own restroom and vanity space is available in the barn. There is also a separate dressing room for the groom. The unusual Dutch doors on the front of the barn provide a separate entrance for each dressing room. A catering kitchen is located adjacent to the buffet area. Your caterer can utilize the commercial refrigerator, warming cabinet, ice machine, and prep tables in the kitchen. Founded in 1967 on the shore of Sikes Lake, the Wichita Falls Museum of Art at MSU Texas is an accredited art museum that has served the community for more than half a century. The museum's permanent collection spans more than 1,600 works, with a focus on American prints and photographs, including a 1677 print by John Foster and historic Wichita Falls photography by C.A. Fuhs.
