Dr Snyder's Drugless Health Sanatorium, which included the structure that is now Inn on the River, was part of a unique complex known as Dr Snyder's Drugless Health Sanatorium at the turn of the century. He fed them well, gave them hot baths and cozy chambers, and generally treated them with the type of personal attention that made them want to come back again and again.
