Stilly Brook Farm was first settled in 1889 by a pioneer family. A Swedish barn builder built the current barn in the 1920s near to the ancient Stillagaumish River channel. It still has its original cedar timbers and cathedral ceiling, which could hold up to 25 tons of hay at one time. For nearly a century, the farm remained operating, largely with modest crops and milk cows. Richard and Beverly Emery decided to develop the farm into an event center in the year 2000, with the goal of hosting weddings, religious events, and family reunions. The bottom floor was cleaned up and turned into a reception hall, and the property was landscaped into lovely gardens. The present owners, David and Terri Lundquist, and their five kids, are expanding on what the Emerys envisioned when they transformed this lonely farm into a place for everyone to enjoy. When you walk in, you'll notice that Stilly Brook Farm has paid attention to every detail in this newly remodeled location.

Redhook Brewlab’s concept is an intersection of Seattle history and culture, a place where the city’s eclectic influences mix – art, science, brewing, food, and music. Housed within the Pike Motorworks Building, Brewlab’s space is an open modern brewery and pub concept with an abundance of natural light. A focal point inside the brewpub is a custom mural by Grammy-nominated Seattle illustrator and Sub Pop Records Art Director Sasha Barr. The mural, which spans 14’ x 18’ on the wall near the front bar, is a colorful visual collage combining the city environment, people, beer, Seattle architecture, and elements from the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Large patios in the front and back of the space increase the seating capacity from 171 to 258, making the Redhook Brewlab’s total outdoor patio space the largest in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. The back patio features two firepits for a cozy beer drinking experience, and both patios will be open as weather allows.

Hands On Children's Museum is a 28,000-square-foot museum in Olympia, Washington, with a half-acre Outdoor Discovery Center and views of the East Bay waterfront. The LEED- and Green Globes-certified building holds more than 150 hands-on exhibits, giving private events a playful, whimsical backdrop that's a departure from a typical ballroom or hotel venue. The museum hosts weddings, corporate meetings and receptions, birthday and anniversary parties, holiday parties, memorial services, fundraisers, family reunions, and school dances. Wedding couples can hold their ceremony outdoors and their reception inside, with guests free to explore the galleries and dance to a live band. A dedicated event coordinator plans each event, and the building offers kitchen facilities throughout (refrigerator, freezer, stove and oven, high-temperature dishwasher, and an industrial cooler), ADA-accessible ramps and a centrally located elevator, and video screens that can display slideshows or presentations. Urban Grace is a historic 40,000-square-foot event venue and community facility in downtown Tacoma, Washington. The building traces back to 1883, when First Baptist Church first incorporated on the site; the congregation outgrew a series of earlier buildings before starting a capital campaign in 1921 for the structure that stands today. Architects Heath, Gove, and Bell designed the Gothic Revival building, completed in 1925 with glazed terracotta facing and cut stone supplied below market rate by the Walker Cut Stone Company. From the outset, the building was designed to serve more than worship, and that dual purpose carries through in its event spaces today. The Auditorium, renovated in 2021, seats up to 850 guests including its balcony, or 450 on the lower level alone, beneath a lattice-designed domed ceiling, with theatre seating, a modern sound system, and projection capabilities suited to weddings, concerts, and large gatherings. The Large Event Space offers 4,180 square feet of hardwood flooring and a raised stage for receptions of up to 200, backed by a full commercial kitchen, while the Chapel seats up to 80 amid stained glass and mahogany accents for more intimate ceremonies and small gatherings. A Conference Room and a Small Event Space accommodate meetings and gatherings of 40 and 60 respectively, each lit by the building's original ten-foot windows overlooking downtown Tacoma. Beyond hosting weddings and private events, Urban Grace is also home to more than fifteen resident nonprofits and arts organizations.

Majestic Inn & Spa has anchored downtown Anacortes since 1890, when the building first served as a hardware store and office building on Fidalgo Island. A 2013 expansion and revitalization honored that history while adding a contemporary wing, and the result is a boutique hotel that pairs historic character with modern comfort in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. For events, the inn offers six indoor and outdoor spaces suited to gatherings of many sizes and styles. The Ballroom, part of the newer addition, features 18-foot ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and a multimedia wall with a built-in sound system, and it opens directly onto the Courtyard for combined indoor-outdoor celebrations. The Courtyard itself is a manicured lawn and garden framed by a white trellis arch, pergola, and stone pathway, and can be tented for an evening affair. The open-air Rooftop Lounge and adjoining private rooftop deck look out over the San Juan Islands, downtown Anacortes, Guemes Channel, Mt. The Seahurst Banquet Hall is a bright, 2,900-square-foot room with laminate wood floors and large windows, outfitted with round and banquet tables, a wall of mirrors, WiFi, and a warming kitchenette, suited to receptions, banquets, and other large-scale celebrations. Four smaller meeting rooms, each roughly 1,200 square feet, accommodate up to 60 guests apiece for meetings, trainings, baby showers, and small parties. Built in 1939, the Des Moines Field House is the only full log cabin in King County, set within Des Moines Beach Park between Puget Sound and the surrounding forest, about fifteen minutes south of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Its rustic log-cabin architecture — exposed beams, maple flooring, and a floor-to-ceiling cut-stone fireplace — gives the building a distinctive, historic character that has carried generations of celebrations. The Center for Urban Horticulture is a 16-acre landscaped campus of the University of Washington Botanic Gardens, established in 1984 alongside the adjoining 74-acre Union Bay Natural Area, an ecological restoration laboratory where more than 200 bird species have been documented. Its buildings sit within display gardens and greenhouses used for horticultural research and education. At the center of the campus, Merrill Hall was the first certified "green building" on the UW Seattle campus and houses the Center's administrative offices, the Elisabeth C. Miller Library, and the Otis Douglas Hyde Herbarium. The Center rents both indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, mitzvahs, memorials, conferences, and retreats, accommodating groups of 20 to 200 guests indoors and up to 350 outdoors. NHS Hall, the Center's main reception venue, can be divided into three sections and opens onto McVay Courtyard, while the adjoining glass-enclosed Merrill Commons serves as supplementary space for dining, breakout sessions, and dancing.
