    Big Pink

157 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA

Myles Chefetz, who was born in Miami on Homestead Air Force Base and graduated from the University of Miami Law School, spent the majority of his early adult life in New York City practicing law before transitioning into the restaurant and nightclub business. Chefetz was inspired to expand his expertise to Miami Beach while on vacation in 1994, when he realized that there was a significant need to improve the restaurant scene on South Beach. There has been a revolution. Restaurants in Miami Beach had previously been characterized by a club-like atmosphere that drew customers on specific nights of the week, but Chefetz's arrival signaled the beginning of restaurants that had both a scene and a distinct cuisine. Chefetz introduced an eclectic menu with Nemo, which became a South Beach institution, and opened the retro-styled Big Pink restaurant in 1996, as part of the Myles Restaurant Group. From there, he moved on to Japanese cuisine with Shoji, and in 2004, he opened the world-famous Prime 112 restaurant. Our Standing in the Community Today Prime 112, Prime Italian, Big Pink, and Prime Hotel are all owned and operated by the Myles Restaurant Group, which also owns and operates Prime 112, Prime Italian, Big Pink, and Prime Hotel, a boutique hotel adjacent to Prime 112 that blends high-end luxury lifestyle with Miami Beach's Art Deco influences. Chefetz has twice been named a semifinalist for the James Beard Outstanding Restaurateur Award and has been dubbed the "Sultan of South of Fifth" as a result of his success. Myles Restaurant Group has earned a reputation for providing unrivaled food, service, and dining experiences, earning it recognition as a premier collection of culinary establishments not only in Miami Beach but throughout the world.

    • Spaces for 12-150 Guests
    • 3 Restaurants

Novecento takes the old mantra “mi casa es su casa” (my home is your home) to another level. It is the best option for those looking for the casual elegant European style bistro, with Latin American influences. The number 900 represents the total of all of our parts. It's a kind of sign. It was an experience. It is a meeting room — a place where people may come together in a setting that is typically unusual, never medium, and always well done. A Sunday meal at home with the family may be as comfortable as Novecento; yet, it excels as a business lunch alternative with colleagues, a relaxed night out with your spouse, or a football match with the guys. Our affection for our visitors and for our cuisine has no bounds. Our roots go back a long way. After quickly establishing ourselves as a local institution after first opening our doors in 1991 in SoHo, New York, we expanded internationally, opening locations in the trendy Caitas neighborhood of Argentina, a summer seasonal restaurant in Punta Del Este, Uruguay, and a local favorite in Cordoba, Argentina, among other cities. This success prompted the establishment of other facilities in strategic areas of South Florida. It has been over three decades since we first introduced the basic components that have made us a fan favorite. Every day, we look after our team members, our visitors, and the people in our local community. When it comes to food, we feel that nothing beats the taste of something freshly prepared and produced from scratch. Our visitors are our neighbors, friends, and family, and we can't wait to have you back in our house again and again! Make every party more memorable than the last with our private event spaces. Whether celebrating a corporate function, a family milestone, a holiday gathering, rehearsal dinner or graduation — our private dining rooms offer the perfect space to eat, drink and be merry. Let us do the work! Our team will work with you before, during and after, to ensure that every detail is done and that your event is unforgettable.

    The River Oyster Bar

650 S Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33130, USA
    • Spaces for 75-80 Guests

I opened The River Oyster Bar fifteen years ago with the idea of creating a local bistro that serves high-quality oysters and seafood in a comfortable setting with friendly knowledgeable service. Till this day we go to great lengths, working with several purveyors, fishermen and farmers to source the finest sustainable, local when possible seafood available, we purchase only whole fresh fish and butcher in-house, this allows us to maintain the highest quality. Our oysters are flown in from all over the United States in many cases directly from the farm where they are raised in pristine waters, tagged with the harvest area and date to ensure the highest quality and safety. We continuously educate our staff so that they can speak to our guests about our cuisine, wine, and spirits in an informative manner. If oysters and seafood is not your thing, don’t fret, we put as much effort into our non-seafood cuisine. We are always looking for local foods, from farms in Homestead to Central and North Florida, whether it is grass-fed Florida beef, organic chickens, heirloom tomatoes and honey from Homestead, microgreens from Hollywood, local shrimp from Cape Canaveral and stone crabs from the Florida Keys, quality ingredients is what always takes precedence at The River Oyster Bar.
