The Greencroft Club occupies a historic early-1900s residence at the edge of Ivy in Charlottesville's Albemarle County, where original oak wide-plank floors, thick plaster walls, and a stone facade recall the building's decades as a private home. The club traces its own history to 1964 and the Boar's Head Club, relocating in 1972 to the former Greencroft Farm site it occupies today on 14 acres. Though a private club, The Greencroft Club opens its doors to non-members for wedding-related events, offering several rooms with crown molding, tray ceilings, stone fireplaces, and chandeliers.
