Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox opened in downtown Spokane on September 3, 1931, built by Fox West Coast Theaters as a 2,300-seat movie palace. Architect Robert Reamer, known for designing Yellowstone's Old Faithful Inn, gave the building its exuberant Art Deco style, and Hollywood designer Anthony Heinsbergen created the murals that still cover the lobby, mezzanine, and lounges. A full renovation reopened the Theater in November 2007, reconfiguring the building to add dressing rooms, an expanded lobby, and ADA upgrades, and reducing the house to roughly 1,600 seats as a mid-sized performing arts venue. The Theater is owned and operated by the nonprofit Spokane Symphony and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Spokane Register, and the Washington Heritage Register. Beyond its resident symphony and touring performances, the Theater hosts private events on its historic stage and in its surrounding lounges, accommodating up to 250 guests for a seated meal or 500 for a strolling reception. Weddings held there can include a hosted bar, dressing room suites for the wedding party, and a personalized message on the Theater's outside marquee.

Arriving at the Kittitas Valley Event Center, a visitor first notices the mix of restored, century-old buildings and open western-town charm spread across the Kittitas County Fairgrounds in Ellensburg. The grounds trace back to 1885, when the first county fair was held, and took their permanent shape in 1923 when the rodeo arena and original buildings went up; a $3.5 million historic renovation completed in 2001 preserved that character, and the Fairgrounds Historic District is now listed on both the Washington State and National Registers of Historic Places. Guests moving through the property find a range of spaces built for different kinds of gatherings: the newly remodeled Armory Main Hall with its built-in audio and video equipment and three adjacent break-out rooms, the Manastash Room and Heritage Center with a wall of historic Kittitas Valley photographs, the twin Teanaway and Umtanum Halls with commercial kitchens and roll-up doors for easy haul-in, and Western Village, a cluster of buildings fashioned after 1890s western towns with a dance hall, bar, kitchen, and five small shops. The Gold Buckle Room looks out over the Rodeo Arena, home to the Ellensburg Rodeo and its seating for more than 9,000 patrons. Outdoors, the Gazebo and Frontier Village add space for gatherings that spill outside, while Bloom Pavilion and the historic barns and stalls accommodate equine and livestock events alongside trade shows and exhibits.

Operated by Metro Parks Tacoma, the Center at Norpoint opened in February 1994 and quickly became a hub for the surrounding neighborhood — about 3,000 residents had signed up as members before its doors even opened, and the center went on to serve as a model for later Metro Parks facilities including the STAR Center and Eastside Community Center. The Margaret McCormick Social Hall can be rented whole or divided in half, accommodating gatherings from smaller half-hall parties up to full-hall events of 250 guests. A full kitchen — with two stoves, two ovens, a freezer, and a refrigerator — is available for an additional fee, outside caterers are welcome, and liquor may be served with a banquet permit. Beyond the hall, the center also offers its gymnasium and smaller meeting or party rooms for rent, giving groups a range of spaces to choose from for parties, meetings, and community gatherings.

    • Spaces for 150-240 Guests
    • 1 Ballroom
    • 1 Outdoor
    • 1 space at this venue

Walking up to the Marysville Opera House, guests find a two-story historic building on Third Street, with a private garden courtyard out front that gives the venue an outdoor space of its own. Inside, the building keeps its original character: a chandelier-lit ballroom beneath a classical tin pressed ceiling, with a vintage balcony overlooking the main floor. The ballroom, mezzanine, and balcony together hold up to 240 guests, with roughly 100 to 150 seated comfortably across the two levels, or as many as 200 in theater-style seating without tables. A stage with its own dressing room supports the live music, tribute shows, and community performances that fill the Opera House calendar, while a separate get-ready cottage gives wedding parties a private space to prepare before the ceremony. Renters bring their own caterer, DJ, and photographer, drawing on the venue's caterer kitchen, bar service area, and concession stand as needed. Extra services such as house A/V, effect and colored theater lighting, a podium, linens, and table-and-chair setup can be added, and the main floor is ADA accessible with easy access off I-5.
