Founded by world-renowned photographer Fabrizio Ferri, Industria revolutionized the photo and event industry as the first multi-studio complex of its kind in New York City. Offering remarkable and versatile facilities, Industria’s studios are designed for commercial shoots and a variety of special events including exhibitions, conferences, fashion shows, trade shows, weddings, and pop-ups. The iconic Manhattan outpost offers a landmark 7,500-square-foot private building in the heart of the historic West Village. We have 85,000 sq ft of space on the first seven floors of a new, Class A building in Union Square. The Ace Hotel Brooklyn is located in Boerum Hill, on the outskirts of Downtown Brooklyn, about a block from the Hoyt-Schermerhorn Station and at the crossroads of everything. We designed Ace Brooklyn from the ground up, every piece in service of the borough's ceaseless ingenuity, made to move and breathe right along with the city itself, as the next chapter in Ace's long relationship with New York. The hotel's Brutalist front blends smoothly with interiors inspired by European modernists' raw artist studio spaces, thanks to longstanding Ace partners Roman and Williams. Guest rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of Manhattan, Staten Island, and the Statue of Liberty, as well as a common lobby and a large-scale installation by artist Stan Bitters.
