There are many different types of events that can be held at the Parlour. Our spaces have been created to host and accommodate your needs as much as possible. From a small space for a nice dinner party to a medium-sized space for a medium-sized party, or a larger space for a bridal shower, baby shower, engagement party, bar mitzvah, corporate events, beer pong, and more, we have a space to accommodate your needs. The Coffee Bar, which is also known as the Espresso Bar, is located on the left hand side of our restaurant as you enter. Guests can easily accommodate 50 to 60 people in this pleasant and comfortable space. As you enter our restaurant, the main bar is located on the right-hand side of the building. This space has a dining area as well as a cocktail area that can accommodate up to 90 people. This is primarily for a special mid-size event of great significance. There are private bathrooms, a dining area, and a dancing area in our downstairs lounge, which is located in our basement. With appetizers and cocktails, we can accommodate up to 175 guests. For a sit-down dinner, we can accommodate up to 75 people. On request, we can provide a DJ and/or Karaoke services. In addition to our pool table, which serves our customers on a daily basis, the back room can be transformed into an elegant setting for a small private dinner event for up to 25 guests. On request, a small cocktail reception for 35 people can be arranged.

Pratt Mansions is a unique venue for weddings, private parties, and other special occasions in the beautiful Metropolitan Historic District and is one of the last remaining mansions available for rental in NYC. Do you want to get married in a historic mansion? Pratt Mansions is a historic home located in the heart of the gorgeous Metropolitan Historic District and is one of the last remaining mansions available for renting in the area. Wedding days often begin with a late afternoon ceremony on our first level, followed by a cocktail reception on the second story. Dinner is served in our ballroom, which overlooks Central Park, and guests have the option of dancing either upstairs or downstairs, much as they would have done during the "Golden Age of Hollywood." The Mansions are solely yours for the duration of the night, ensuring complete seclusion. The Liederkranz Club is devoted to cultural and social exchange and the sponsorship of musical events. The Liederkranz offers two beautiful spaces: a Ballroom and Concert Hall which may be rented for: auditions, rehearsals, recitals, other cultural events. The fine acoustics make either room an excellent venue for vocal music.

Visitors arrive at Maritime Parc via a stately circular driveway that winds its way around the property. An impressive three-story lobby with a majestic chandelier welcomes guests in grand style, serving as the perfect prelude to the private event spaces on the second and third floors of Maritime Parc (respectively The Sky Room and The Aviary), both of which open out to expansive terraces with views of the water. There are two spaces available, both with views of the Manhattan skyline and the Hudson River. The spaces have a combined area of 18,000 square feet of inside and outside space and can be booked individually or in a group.

The Milling Room, located in the center of the Upper West Side, serves seasonal, locally sourced American cuisine in a gorgeous sky-lit dining room and a vibrant tavern-inspired bar. The Milling Room, which opened its doors in November 2014, is located in the building that was originally constructed in 1890 as the elegant Endicott Hotel. When the original hotel opened, it was hailed as "the finest and best appointed in this part of the city" and "the finest and best appointed in this part of the city." The hotel was constructed of Pompeian brick and terracotta and included a glass-roofed Palm Room, which has since been replaced by The Milling Room. It was designed by Edward Angell, who also designed numerous other significant buildings on the Upper West Side, and built by Charles A. Fuller. The structure is located on Columbus Avenue between 81st and 82nd Streets, diagonally across from the American Museum of Natural History. For private events at The Milling Room, we offer three different event spaces, THE ENDICOTT ROOM (Capacity: 28 Seated Dinner | 35 Standing Reception), THE MAIN DINING ROOM (Capacity: 100 Seated Dinner with Dance Floor), and THE TAVERN. Hotel Belleclaire is a Beaux-Arts landmark hotel on Manhattan's Upper West Side, opened in 1903 and designed by architect Emery Roth in a distinctive blend of Art Nouveau and Secessionist style. The building received a landmark designation from New York City's Landmarks Preservation Commission in 1987 and completed a multimillion-dollar restoration in 2023 that returned it to its original splendor with modern conveniences throughout.
