The Union Station Nashville Yards occupies a former L&N Railroad terminal at 1001 Broadway, built in 1900 in a heavy-stone Richardsonian-Romanesque style complete with a clock tower and a statue of Mercy, the Roman deity of merchants and travelers. The terminal closed in 1979, and since 1986 the building has operated as a luxury boutique hotel and special event destination, now listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated a Historic Hotel of America. The centerpiece is the Grand Lobby, topped by a 65-foot barrel-vaulted ceiling with gold-leaf medallions and original luminous prism stained glass, and named one of the "Best Hotel Lobbies in the World" by Condé Nast Traveler. Marble floors, oak-accented woodwork, three limestone fireplaces, and gold-accented bas-relief angel figurines round out the space, which can host up to 300 guests for a reception. Beyond the lobby, the hotel offers four event venues in all, including the open-air Trestle beneath the Broadway Bridge and the covered Veranda, along with more than 11,000 square feet of meeting space across six named rooms for weddings, galas, and corporate gatherings. The Stables at Husk is a private dining and events area that is housed in our historic carriage house. This venue provides guests with the opportunity to participate in a unique and exclusive Husk experience. The Stables is a cozy ambiance that is perfect for any event because it has its own kitchen, bathroom, and patio that is separate from the main restaurant. The room is large enough to accommodate up to 16 guests for brunch service, 28 guests for a meal served at tables, or 30 to 35 guests for a cocktail party that is standing only. For parties with a size that exceeds the capacity of our private dining area, we are able to provide a buyout of the entire restaurant, including the main house. The Neighborhood Dining Group's Husk restaurant is changing people's conceptions of what it means to cook and dine in Nashville. In the heart of Downtown Nashville, in the neighborhood of Rutledge Hill, and only a few blocks south of Historic Broadway, is where you'll find it. The menu at Husk delves into a cuisine that is driven by the ingredients and begins with the rediscovery of heirloom items. At Husk, there are limitations placed on the types of foods that can be served on the plate. If it does not come from the south, it will not be able to enter the building. There are two private dining rooms available, each with its own exclusive menu and complimentary access to the Internet. To reserve one of our private event venues, you will need to fill out a contract and satisfy a minimum threshold for the amount of food and beverages you will serve. On Friday and Saturday nights between the hours of 5 and 8 p.m., there are a limited number of seating options available in the Encore Room; however, both rooms are available for lunch and supper parties. It is possible to reserve a private dining area for either 2.5 or 3.5 hours at a time. Acme Feed and Seed occupies a Nashville landmark on Lower Broadway built in 1890, a building that spent more than fifty years as Acme Feed & Hatchery, a local farm supply store known for its Grand Ole Opry appearances, before sitting vacant and reopening in 2014 as a restaurant, live music venue, and event space. The building's history is still visible throughout, from exposed brick walls to reclaimed wood details that give the venue its character. The venue spans multiple floors, each suited to a different kind of gathering. Fat Bottom Brewing Co. is a craft brewery in Nashville's Nations neighborhood, founded in 2012 as East Nashville's first brewery before relocating after four years to a 33,000-square-foot facility on the city's west side. The brewery makes beer with an emphasis on simplicity and quality, and its current home includes a taproom, beer garden, and several private event spaces built into the working production facility. For private events, the brewery offers The Reserve, a 3,000-square-foot rental space with massive windows overlooking the beer garden, a mini tap, and a covered heated patio; The Loft, an industrial-style room above the taproom with polished concrete floors and exposed-ceiling lighting; and a full brewery buyout that opens the entire property, including the beer garden and taproom, for a single event. Full-service catering, a complete beverage program of on-site craft beer, wine, and cocktails, and dedicated event coordination are available across all three options.

Even while RAD does not have a private dining room, we do provide the ideal backdrop for any event, from business dinners to social gatherings. Dishes are served family-style to all of our large groups as they are seated at a single, long table along the middle of the dining area. The cost of this family-style supper, which is based on our current menu, is $85 per person. Any dietary requirements or demands can be accommodated on the menu. We also have a minimal requirement for food and drink. The option to completely book out the restaurant for the evening is provided by RAD.
