A revitalized 1928 theater in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn, Roulette features a dramatic proscenium and charming balcony, seating for up to 400 (550 standing), unsurpassed acoustics and sight lines, and superb production equipment. The 6,000-square-foot theater is available to rent year round for galas, film shoots, concerts, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, conferences, and more. Roulette is conveniently located a block away from the Barclays Center and Atlantic Terminal in Downtown Brooklyn.

We built our space to be unique and original in many ways but also very minimalist and interchangeable. Our tasting room is 1,000 sf and the main feature here. Large windows open onto the sidewalk. Grey and concrete dominate the space, with 2 circular bar. One bar is a food corner with a simple kitchen set up good for food catering, pop ups or the DJ booth! Lights are all dimmable to create different moods. The main feature of the space is the large circular bar with 40 taps behind it and a big circular window that overlooks our production space. On tap we have a large selection of our cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), local beers, spirits and wine. There are 2 restrooms, one with handicap access. There is plenty of seating, bar seats, custom bench and circular tables, all can be moved or removed.

With 25 years under its belt, Merchants is still committed to providing "great, polite, courteous, and attentive service." Merchants offers traditional American cuisine, a sizable wine selection, and specially prepared cocktails in a stylishly furnished modern setting, making it the perfect place for both dining and drinking. There are numerous private party rooms at Merchants that can hold groups of 20 to 200 people. The "Living Room" has a fireplace and eye-catching furnishings that combine old world elegance with unmatched comfort. Merchants, a real local hangout, serves as many people's "home away from home." It has a comfortable atmosphere that makes it ideal for small groups and private events. Chelsea people watching is ideal at the sidewalk café. Merchants offers a variety of starters, soups, salads, and entrées that are suitable for all palates along with seasonal fare. Open every day until 4:00 am, food is served until 2:00 am on weekdays and until 2:00 am on weekends.

Roey’s (pronounced "ROE-ees) is inspired by old world cafés: spaces where communities come together for nourishment and to share ideas. Roey’s endeavors to bring this sense of community to the West Village by offering an accessible, high quality, nourishing experience in a casual and sophisticated setting. Roeys’s accepts large party reservations for groups of 6 to 10 guests. The Communal Table is the perfect setting for all types of intimate gatherings — from showers to birthdays, corporate outings and more. The restaurant also offers full venue buyouts for up to 55 standing or 45 for a seated dinner. Roey's has a full separate bar for private events.

We aim to push people to experience Asian flavors in a new-American style. Design: The name Hortus, Latin for garden, reflects the emphasis on freshness, and the theme of the garden runs through the interior. Hortus is a garden of earthly and ethereal delights. The contemporary design is stylish and comfortable. Divided into four distinct areas, the first floor is dedicated to bar dining with an open kitchen and a Chef’s Table for intimate group dining and special tasting menus. Rosemary's is an Italian restaurant with a rooftop garden serving seasonal, farm-to-table cuisine located in the West Village. Founded in 2012 by Carlos Suarez, the owner of Bobo, Claudette, and Rosemary's Pizza, Rosemary's is named after Suarez's mother and is inspired by her home in Lucca, Tuscany. Union Square is the location of the Manhattan Penthouse. Palladian windows, which are found throughout the loft-like space and provide panoramic views of New York City, are installed throughout the building. The venue can accommodate up to 180 guests, making it an excellent choice for corporate functions, weddings, and other social events of all kinds. When Monika Nemeth finished college in Budapest with a major in Hotel and Catering Management, she went to work for Compexpo, where she organized conventions. Her next position was at the Hungarian Pavilion at the 1992 World Exposition in Sevilla, Spain. Monika arrived in the United States in 1994 and began working as the Catering Director at The Downtown Athletic Club in New York City. Her pleasant demeanor, professionalism, and graciousness serve to reinforce the positive attributes of our company. Brian Pancir received classical training at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. He worked as an apprentice in Michelin-starred restaurants throughout Europe before becoming Sous Chef at Jean-Georges for four years in New York City. Mr. Brian has worked as a private chef for a number of celebrities, has advised Trader Joe's and Golden Corral, has served as Culinary Director of Manhattan Star Academy, and has been voted Best Chef by Dan's Paper magazine. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys traveling the world in search of fishing opportunities.
