The Boxyard is SODO's premier pre and postgame destination and private events venue. This complex is home to Victory Hall & The Yard, Hatback Bar & Grille, and Steelheads Alley. Victory Hall, our 9,500 square foot event space, dons the original 1914 building's brick walls and exposed wood beams, and is available to rent for corporate events, weddings and more. Hazard Factory Outlet is a 3000 sq ft warehouse space we use for team building events and art shows. The outlet is managed by Hazard Factory, an industrial arts studio. The Outlet has 22 foot ceilings, a 20 by 30 movie screen, couches and a bar. It is very easy to load in and load out and parking is always available. We keep 200 chairs and 12 eight foot tables for our clients. This is a good space for pop-ups, birthday parties and presentations, or just to get people together for a movie night. It is low key.

Innovativeness is inherent in American Single Malt Whiskey, both in its creation and in its continued presence. Having said that, we don't innovate just for the sake of being innovative. However, we see the chance to offer new ideas to the world of single malt whiskey, and we will continue to be devoted to expressing our provenance. Built in the SoDo neighborhood of downtown Seattle, the 13,000 square-foot building features 40-foot ceilings, exposed original wood beams, and plenty of open space for working and relaxing. There is a spacious Tasting Room and Bar that serves as the main location for entertaining visitors, while the Cask Room adjacent to the Tasting Room provides a more private atmosphere.
