Hopkins County Regional Civic Center is a multipurpose event facility in Sulphur Springs, Texas, established in 1979 through a joint effort of the City of Sulphur Springs, the local school district, and Hopkins County. What began as a shared vision for a facility able to host livestock shows as well as community gatherings has grown into a full campus of event spaces, including an indoor arena, outdoor pavilion, exhibit hall, and auditorium. Over the decades, the venue has hosted major equine competitions, touring country music artists, and long-running community events including rodeos, concerts, and school functions, alongside private celebrations such as weddings and quinceañeras. A 2013 renovation modernized the Exhibit Hall, its foyers, restrooms, office area, concession stand, and board room, while a separate five-million-dollar renovation funded by the school district added 1,250 seats to the Auditorium. The center maintains a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere for the wide range of livestock, entertainment, and private events it hosts each year.

Tucked into 32 acres of Texas Hill Country near New Braunfels, The Gardens of Cranesbury View brings a genuinely rare sight to the region: three acres of formal European gardens, complete with eight-foot hedges and a driveway lined by more than 100 rose bushes. Owner Amy Templeton, a Cal Poly-trained horticulturist who studied the Gardens of Versailles, spent 15 years shaping the grounds into what she calls "a little piece of Europe set here in New Braunfels" — a deliberate departure from the typical Hill Country look, and all the more striking for it. Ceremonies take place at an elegant 15-foot wrought-iron gazebo set among the gardens, with no extra charge for using the site. When weather turns, celebrations move indoors to the ballroom — designed in the spirit of an old English chapel, with a white marble floor and warm, elegant accents across 3,200 square feet — or to the fully covered courtyard, where crystal chandeliers hang above a garden view complete with a mobile bar and space for games. A bridal suite with multiple makeup stations and a garden-view balcony, along with a separate groom's suite, round out the preparations. The venue includes chiavari and padded chairs, tables, and a day-of facilitator with every package, and the grounds are gated, well-lit, and fully handicap accessible. Riverside Springs, formerly known as Three Dudes Winery, sits on the banks of the spring-fed San Marcos River in San Marcos, Texas, built on the grounds of the old ranch quarters. The open-air setting offers a casual, relaxed escape along the river the property calls the "River of Innocence." Events unfold across several outdoor spaces: a lawn area for open-air ceremonies, multi-level covered wooden decks overlooking the river, and Albert Kubis Hall, a Texas-style dance hall used for receptions. Chef Jacques Fox was born in the North African city of "Sidi-Bel-Abbes" and raised in France by his Polish grandparents. Even before graduating from high school, Chef Jacques Fox demonstrated an early aptitude for cooking. Following high school, Chef Jacques enrolled in a two-year program at the College D'Enseignement Techniques in Tulle, France, to further his culinary education. When Chef Jacques graduated from his training program in 1975, he relocated to Paris, where he accepted his first chef position at Maison Prunier, a world-renowned seafood restaurant. In 1976, he joined Elitair Maxims, where he worked for four years before being promoted to executive chef. After leaving Paris in 1983, Chef Jacques went to work for Club Mediterrainnee (Club Med), where he had the opportunity to further develop his culinary skills and understanding of global cuisine at luxury resorts around the world, including those in Kamarina, Sicily; Noumea, New Caledonia; Port-au-Prince, Haiti; Farakulafushi, Maldives; Kos, Greece; Eilat, Israel; Cooper Mountain, United States; and Les Menuires et (Click on the "read more" link above to learn more.) The "Medieval Room I" can accommodate up to 12 people, while the "Medieval Room II" can accommodate up to 10 people. When the "Medieval Rooms" are combined, they can accommodate a total of 24 people. Chateau Bellevue is a Victorian-era mansion in downtown Austin, built in 1874 and expanded in 1892 under owner Major Ira Hobart Evans, a Union Army veteran and the youngest Speaker of the Texas House of Representatives. Its stained glass windows and intricate wooden detailing make it one of the last remaining examples of Victorian architecture in the city, and it holds both Texas Historic Landmark (1965) and City of Austin Historic Landmark (1974) status. The venue has been owned and operated by the Austin Woman's Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, since 1929. The mansion offers a sequence of spaces for weddings and private events, from the Grand Entryway Foyer with its stained glass and hand-carved woodwork to the Grand Ballroom, which seats up to 175 guests beneath hardwood flooring and a raised stage for a band or DJ. Outdoors, the brick Ceremony Courtyard seats up to 165 guests facing its magnolia tree, or up to 150 facing the Chateau itself, with an adjoining terrace suited to cocktail hour. Limestone entryways and balconies overlooking the downtown skyline offer additional backdrops for photography. The Grand Ballroom is ADA accessible via elevator and includes gray upholstered chairs, with a Chiavari chair upgrade available. Two private getting-ready rooms with separate entrances give wedding parties space to prepare before the ceremony.

Weddings and special events are held at Deerfield Estates, a leading wedding and special events site in Waco, Texas. originally a timber frame barn from Newton, Pennsylvania built in the 1840s and now a lovely and unique special event space, encircled by a ceremony rose garden and nestled amongst native Texas trees in a park-like setting, this historic legacy has been lovingly restored. Deerfield is a location. Located 10 miles north of Waco and Baylor University, Deerfield Venue is a historic timber frame outstanding wedding and event location intended to accommodate the C-suite and wedding parties. Spring Lake Road and Deerfield Drive, where the 5000 sq. ft. project is located, are bordered by magnificent rose gardens and are situated in a parklike setting of native Texas trees and foliage, which creates a parklike atmosphere for visitors. In addition to wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate meetings/events and family reunions, galas, fundraisers, product launches and holiday parties can all be held at Deerfield Venue, which can be changed in a variety of ways. It is believed that the ancient timber frame was initially handcrafted in the 1840s in Newtown, a community in northeastern Pennsylvania.

Set on a private road in the Texas Hill Country north of San Antonio, Lost Mission is a wedding and special-event venue built around an authentic mission-style chapel and reception hall, surrounded by oak trees off Highway 46 near Spring Branch. The property was built beginning in 2009 by contractor Lon Danley, who drew on his New Mexico upbringing to construct the buildings from more than 6,500 stacked straw bales finished in white stucco, in the style of Old World Spanish architecture. Handcrafted details from Lost Mission's on-site workshop appear throughout the property, including hand-carved white oak and cypress doors, wrought-iron sconces and chandeliers, 1890s pews shipped in from a Pennsylvania church, and a mission bell reclaimed from a Kerrville farm. The climate-controlled Mission Style Chapel seats up to 240 guests beneath stained-glass windows, while the Modern Reception Hall accommodates up to 350 guests and features a 40-foot firewall, wood trusses, a rock fireplace, and a built-in bar. A 7,000-square-foot patio with cafe lighting and a stream-side path connects the two spaces. Lost Mission hosts one wedding per day, with rental packages that include round guest tables, cross-back chairs, a bridal suite and groom's room, a ceremony sound system, and setup and cleanup staff.

Hillcrest Golf and Country Club has served the Lubbock, Texas area since 1950, with its course opening in September 1953 with a founding membership of 120. Today the private club offers golf, tennis, a pool, and dining alongside dedicated wedding and private event bookings held on its grounds. Wedding ceremonies at Hillcrest take place outdoors on the club's grounds, set among mature trees near the surrounding golf course, with private event bookings also available for other celebrations. The club has been a fixture in the Lubbock area for more than 70 years, with staff on hand to look after members and guests during golf, dining, and event visits alike.

The Marquardt Ranch is a family-owned wedding venue in Boerne, Texas, set on land the Marquardt family has held since the late 1800s along the Guadalupe River in the Texas Hill Country. Dru Marquardt designed and built the venue by hand on the property's bluff, hosting the first wedding there in 2007; his wife Jessica, who leads the venue's floral design, now runs it day to day. The ranch comfortably hosts weddings and events for 10 to 250 guests, with a maximum of 310, and includes an outdoor ceremony area along the river as well as bride and groom dressing suites. Couples may use the riverbank for first looks, bridal portraits, and engagement photos, though guest access to the water is reserved for those sessions rather than the wedding day itself. Catering, floral design, linens, and day-of coordination are all handled in-house, so couples work with one team rather than piecing together outside vendors.
