The Diskin Cider’s immersive architecture was designed with the intention of evoking an old English tradition in which friends and family would get together to drink cider in their neighbors' barns while looking up at the night sky. This was accomplished by including wooden planks in the ceiling and hanging pendant lights as part of the Cider's design. We put a lot of thought into the layout of the venue so that each guest could see themselves living there. Your participation in the experience is something that we are looking forward to very much.
