Pioneer Works is a 501c3 non-profit that presents programs, public events, artist residencies, and classes — 85% of which are free and open to the public — across the disciplines of visual art, science, music, technology, and narrative arts. Pioneer Works offers unique, scalable spaces and a 20,000-square-foot garden that can accommodate a wide variety of events: from large-scale build outs, conferences and dinners, to film shoots, screenings and intimate receptions. Income generated by rentals goes directly back into supporting our programs, public events, artist residencies and classes. Rental fees ranging from $10,000 - $38,000 are daily rates for 8am–1am. Overages are subject to an additional hourly fee. Non-profit organizations receive a 20% discount off our standard rental pricing. Pioneer Works is a multi-functional space. An additional fee will apply to limit staff and residents access to the building around the event.

It is possible to combine the Boardroom and Mondrian Terrace to create a total area of 3,150 square feet, which includes a custom-designed marble boardroom table, gold light fixtures, and handmade furnishings. In the heart of midtown Manhattan, you'll find Quality Bistro, a lively brasserie with a focus on steak that serves updated versions of bistro standards in a quirky setting. The restaurant features an inviting bar, an airy conservatory, and an open dining area. The space is accentuated with custom light fixtures, wine cabinets that go from floor to ceiling, and one-of-a-kind vintage accents. In addition, the restaurants have separate areas that are designated for special functions. A one-of-a-kind and eclectic atmosphere is achieved throughout the restaurant by using elements such as plush banquettes, zinc tabletops, hand-painted art features, and discovered things. Quality Bistro is a lively steak-centric bistro located in the middle of Manhattan, and it has two unique private event spaces that can be booked for parties and other gatherings. The modern brasserie environment was designed by founder Michael Stillman in collaboration with longstanding design colleagues AvroKO, who were responsible for the warm textured accents. The Harold Pratt House was constructed in 1919 as one of New York's grand Park Avenue Mansions. The hidden gem of the Upper East Side - We are the perfect venue to host a wedding, private dinner, conference, holiday party, annual meeting or any other event. The House consists of six unique rooms connected by a majestic marble staircase. Each room features original chandeliers, fireplaces and views of Park Avenue. Our adjoining Peterson Hall can be used in conjunction with the House to accommodate larger guest counts and features the latest in state-of-the-art audio and visual technology including a 22-foot LCD customizable video wall, a professional stage with furniture and full production lighting.
