Pearl Box Townhouse spans three thoughtfully designed floors: a ground-level private dining room and two upper levels housing our retro-inspired cocktail bar. Each floor has its own energy and character, and they can be used separately or combined to create a dynamic flow and increase guest capacity. The space was brought to life by NYC design icons Fabiana Faria and Helena Barquet, the creative minds behind Coming Soon NYC, known for their playful yet refined aesthetic. Imagine a cocktail party across the top two floors followed by an intimate seated dinner downstairs, or start the night with a feast before heading upstairs for a full-blown dance party (yes, our license goes until 1:00AM). Our clients have the use of 4,250 sq ft of internal space, and a 750 sq ft dedicated client mezzanine. A 900 sq ft courtyard is the beautiful hidden gem that completes the space. ​ Our client floor includes a client suite with an en-suite bathroom and a private lounge with floor to ceiling glass windows. Pioneer Works is a 501c3 non-profit that presents programs, public events, artist residencies, and classes — 85% of which are free and open to the public — across the disciplines of visual art, science, music, technology, and narrative arts. Pioneer Works offers unique, scalable spaces and a 20,000-square-foot garden that can accommodate a wide variety of events: from large-scale build outs, conferences and dinners, to film shoots, screenings and intimate receptions. Income generated by rentals goes directly back into supporting our programs, public events, artist residencies and classes. Rental fees ranging from $10,000 - $38,000 are daily rates for 8am–1am. Overages are subject to an additional hourly fee. Non-profit organizations receive a 20% discount off our standard rental pricing. Pioneer Works is a multi-functional space. An additional fee will apply to limit staff and residents access to the building around the event.
