On request, Culinary Director Nicole Routhier and Executive Chef Hassan Obaye will construct exclusive tasting meals with wine pairings. Le Colonial, nestled in the center of one of America's largest and most varied cities, is a celebration of the seductive spirit and vibrant flavors of 1920s French Colonial Southeast Asia. In a luxury escapist hideaway in The River Oaks District, famous restaurateurs Rick Wahlstedt and Joe King deliver on exceptional attention to detail in a bygone period of refinement and opulence. A luxurious downstairs dining area is bordered by a Parisian-style sidewalk café seating, which is embellished with period photos, overhead fans, and leather banquettes. The rental fees include the complete space for either full day or half day rentals, tables, chairs, choice of linen, choice of napkin, glassware, plateware, cutlery, service staff to work during the event, available AV if requested, as well as full set up, tear down and complete clean up. We truly enjoy creating a stress-free experience here at The Hills! We do require you use our in-house catering as we work side by side with our culinary team to create any custom menu to meet your preferences and exceed your expectations. While the club will provide all food and beverage, all additional outside vendors are welcome and our in-house event coordinator will assist to make sure everything is in place on the big day!
