The University Student Center (USC) at USF St. Petersburg serves as the heart of campus life, offering more than 81,000 square feet of flexible event and meeting space in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg. Opened in 2012 and financed through student fees, the building was initiated by students as a dedicated gathering place for the campus community and has since grown into one of the region's most versatile university event venues. The USC's signature space is its Grand Ballroom — 7,490 square feet divisible into up to three sections via automated partition walls — accommodating up to 600 guests for theater-style events or 352 for banquet-seated affairs. Smaller meetings and intimate gatherings are served by the Ocean Room, Palm Room, and Coral Room, each equipped with A/V technology and free internet access. Student Centers & Events coordinates room setups, audio-visual support, on-site catering through Chartwells, event staffing, and university police services, making the USC a turnkey option for conferences, corporate events, banquets, receptions, and non-profit functions alike.

The Riverview Club has been hosting events for the St. Augustine community since 1981, set within 14 acres of manicured lawns, wildflower gardens, and parkland along the Intracoastal Waterway — eight miles south of Historic Downtown St. Augustine. The grounds include a 500-foot pier, offering waterfront views that carry throughout the property. The main Riverview Ballroom spans 5,520 square feet and welcomes up to 350 seated guests. The open floor plan — anchored by chandeliers, wall sconces, and large windows overlooking the water — was fully renovated in October 2023. For smaller gatherings, the Mini Ballroom accommodates up to 50 guests, and the Multi-Purpose Room holds up to 40. A commercial kitchen is available on-site for caterers. The venue hosts weddings, anniversary parties, reunions, corporate events, and private celebrations, and is recognized as one of the largest rental spaces in St. Johns County.

The Waterfall Courtyard, the Terrace, and the Butterfly Garden are some of the outdoor settings available. The Nature Chapel serves as our indoor venue. Venue rentals are offered Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Elegant tropical garden with a waterfall in the Courtyard The Detailed Description With a raised stage for your ceremony surrounded by rich tropical vegetation, the Courtyard is a romantic setting for your garden wedding. The sounds of a trickling waterfall add to the romance of your garden wedding. A warm and inviting glow will be cast over your nighttime ceremony or reception by overhead and landscape lighting, which will add to the overall atmosphere. This site can be used for both the ceremony and the reception, with the reception taking place on the Terrace for larger groups. The walk from the Courtyard to the Terrace takes you through the Tropical Forest, which is quite nice. Guests will be able to drink cocktails while strolling down the boardwalk and bridge over our fresh water pond on their approach to the Terrace, which will be available as an optional service.

Marsh Landing Country Club is a private country club and event venue set within a gated community of more than 1,100 homes in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The club meanders through the tidal creeks and estuaries of North Florida's Intracoastal waterways, with the natural marsh landscape forming a backdrop for both everyday club life and special occasions. The 18-hole championship golf course was designed by Ed Seay of Arnold Palmer Course Design and opened in 1986. 5701 Venue + Event Hall is a nonprofit event space in Gainesville, Florida, where every rental dollar supports the on-site Senior Recreation Center. By day, the facility serves local seniors with daily classes, wellness programming, and a Meals on Wheels lunch site. By evening and on weekends, the doors open for weddings and receptions, family reunions, baby showers, corporate meetings, and private celebrations. The centerpiece is a banquet hall outfitted with round tables for seated dining, a stage, a built-in projector with an 11-foot drop screen, three 65-inch flat screens, dimmable lighting, and an outdoor patio. The Rusty Pelican Tampa is a waterfront dining and event facility situated on Tampa Bay in the Rocky Point District, offering panoramic bay views from multiple event spaces. Established in 1978, the venue has built a long history as a destination for weddings, corporate gatherings, social celebrations, and private dining along the Tampa coastline. Five dedicated event rooms accommodate groups from intimate gatherings to large-scale receptions. The Grand Ballroom, the venue's largest space, hosts up to 250 guests and features a built-in dance floor, private entrance, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water. The Pelican Room seats up to 100 guests and shares the same waterfront orientation, with glass windows facing Tampa Bay's sunset. The Coral Room accommodates up to 100 guests and includes a built-in bar. The Tampa Room and Bay Room serve smaller events: the Tampa Room offers a private entrance and its own dance floor, while the Bay Room features a fireplace, stained-glass windows, and private entry for groups of up to 50. The UCF FAIRWINDS Alumni Center is a LEED-certified event facility on the University of Central Florida campus in Orlando, situated across from the Addition Financial Arena on Gemini Boulevard. The center serves as the gathering place for the UCF community and is available for private event rentals by external groups, university departments, and student organizations. The facility offers a range of configurable spaces to suit events of varying sizes. The Grand Ballroom spans 4,800 square feet and accommodates up to 400 guests for a standing reception, 240 for a banquet, or 320 in theater-style seating. The ballroom divides into two or three independently rentable sections for smaller gatherings. Additional spaces include the SGA Board Room, suited for meetings and presentations of up to 100 in theater style, and the Dr. Hitt Library, a more intimate setting for up to 35 guests. The Lobby and Patio together host up to 200 for a standing reception, while the Alumni Front Lawn accommodates up to 300 in theater-style seating. All catering and food service must be contracted through a UCF-approved caterer, and rentals include an eight-hour block covering setup, event time, and breakdown. Equipment such as dance floors, projectors, wireless microphones, and up-lighting packages is available for an additional fee. Complimentary wireless internet is provided. The Alumni Center accepts reservations up to twelve months in advance, and venue tours are available by appointment Monday through Friday.
