With 961 seats, it is well-suited for popular concerts, dance productions, community events, corporate meetings, and other special events. It is located in the heart of downtown. Guests can gather in the spacious lobby for receptions of up to 400 people. In addition to a high-quality Meyer Sound system and a standard house lighting plot that includes an inventory of moving lights, the facility is well-equipped with other amenities. The stage floor, which has a sprung floor surface, is ideal for performing dance. With wide, comfortable seats, the seating is done in a continental style. The interior of the theater is decorated with cascading red curtains that create an intimate atmosphere. The prep room, which overlooks the park and lagoon, is an excellent location for any photo shoot on the Palace grounds. Greens Restaurant is a perfect venue for any type of private event. Whatever the event, Greens is the place for it. The entire restaurant is available for a buyout any day or evening. Greens can accommodate up to 140 people for a sit-down meal and 200 people for a standing reception. A reconstructed Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in the Mission Revival style was consecrated on April 14, 1912. The interior is decorated with frescos in Renaissance and Baroque style by Luigi Brusatori, an Italian master painter, which was completed in 1916. The Church also contains the largest unaltered 19th-century mechanical pipe organ in California.
