With great pride, AXIS Pioneer Square has preserved 10,000sqft within the historic 1889 Globe Building as Seattle’s most exciting event space. Our two joinable spaces are centered on a series of 15’ brick archways, blending seamlessly into antique wood floors with a sprinkle of industrial-modern design. The versatility of AXIS allows us to perfectly accommodate small gatherings all the way up to large events of 550 guests (cocktail style). Our venue is one of the only large capacity non-hotel event spaces in downtown Seattle and is easy walking distance to numerous downtown hotels, as well as the burgeoning Pioneer Square restaurant and bar scene (right out our back door). The modular space is designed by event professionals to allow you to customize your event within our stunning confines. Situated on 20 scenic acres along the Snohomish River, the venue features a modern farmhouse-style white barn with statuesque wood walls, elegant chandeliers, and sweeping views of the Snohomish Valley and surrounding mountains. Designed for elevated Pacific Northwest weddings, Fiddlers Bluff offers indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception spaces for up to 300 guests, full-day rentals, private bridal and groom suites, and stunning photo locations. In addition to weddings, the venue hosts corporate events, memorials, and family celebrations. We love getting to know each couple and are honored to host life’s most meaningful moments at Fiddlers Bluff.

Hazard Factory Outlet is a 3000 sq ft warehouse space we use for team building events and art shows. The outlet is managed by Hazard Factory, an industrial arts studio. The Outlet has 22 foot ceilings, a 20 by 30 movie screen, couches and a bar. It is very easy to load in and load out and parking is always available. We keep 200 chairs and 12 eight foot tables for our clients. This is a good space for pop-ups, birthday parties and presentations, or just to get people together for a movie night. It is low key.

The Mill on Lake Stevens (The Mill) is a multi-use building located in the heart of Old Town Lake Stevens, at North Cove Park. It is a versatile rental space with two levels and is available for a variety of city, community, and private events, and is home to the Lake Stevens Farmers Market and City Council Chambers. The Mill contains three indoor meeting spaces, Sawyers Room, Hartford Hall, The Stack, and an outdoor covered plaza that can be rented in various combinations. The Sawyers Room is reserved for City Council, public meetings, and City business Monday through Thursday, and available for private rental Friday through Sunday. Hartford Hall is ideal for festivals, weddings, or trade shows. It is ready for your event’s personal touch with large bay doors, industrial details, and spacious layout. The Stack is a semi-private room located on the second floor of the Mill and overlooks Hartford Hall. It is a casual space, with comfortable seating as well as tables and chairs, and suited for a classroom-style setting, casual meetings, or informal gatherings. The outdoor plaza outside of the building is on the park side of the building and adjacent to Hartford Hall.
