In order to host annual meetings and presentations, we can transform our venue into a meeting space with the help of our audio/visual equipment. Our events have ranged from intimate social gatherings to stunning outdoor wedding ceremonies, as well as large-scale receptions and corporate fundraisers, since the Legacy Ballroom first opened its doors in 2010. At our full-scale, resort-inspired location nestled in the foothills of Paradise Valley, we provide exceptional, individualized service to all of our guests. Memphis Belle Room As the blushing bride awaits her arrival, this transitional location is wonderful (complete with a dressing partition, private restroom, comfortable seating, and full-length mirror). For that quiet time needed before your presentation, a break from the students, or last-minute changing needs, the space can also be used as a private "green room" or even a "guest speaker break room." The Memphis Belle Room also has the option to listen in on the Avion Ballroom to hear a presentation or your "cue" for admittance, which is ideal for a nursing mother. Patio The private patio of the Avion Center, located on the north side of the Avion Ballroom, is excellent for overflow event space or a private outdoor gathering for up to 72 guests. This rentable patio space, which can be booked independently from the ballroom, has external evening illumination, a calm water wall, and nicely landscaped indoor trees that give it an outside garden feel.   MOSO Events is named after the mother-and-son partnership of Julie and Kevin Ballentyne, who founded the company. In their bloodlines is a passion for event planning and bringing people together to celebrate, as well as a family oriented approach to working with each and every customer. When they first laid eyes on the Gin in 2018, it was love at first sight for them. The Cotton Gin, which has been in operation for 70 years, is rich with history, character, and potential. When the renovations were done, and the first event was hosted in 2019, their goal became a reality. Julie and Kevin combined their passion for events with their love for one another to create a venue for everyone to enjoy.
