6,500-sq foot studio space located in the heart of the Dallas Design District with a lush garden oasis. The large open plan studio layout provides plenty of options to design a perfect environment for your event. The space has a Poggenpohl kitchen at the front of the studio and an industrial kitchen at the back of the studio designed for food prep. Additional rooms for hair and makeup and a loading dock are available. The space is available for holiday parties, corporate events, meetings, art events, dinner parties, photo shoots, experiential events and book launches. Outside vendors are welcome. The Art Space is a pristine and empty studio space perfect for any type of event - holiday parties, corporate events, meetings, art events, unique dinner parties, photo shoots, video shoots, experiential events and book launches. The versatile and immaculate space is a blank slate that can be transformed into any style. Outside vendors are welcome to make the space their own. Alternatively, we can provide an in-house creative team to assist with making the event one of a kind. The space can be as minimal or maximalist as needed.
