It is rare that a restaurant possesses a commendable trifecta: incredible food, consistent and knowledgeable waitstaff, and a spacious, ambient floor plan — we do. And it is rare that a restaurant is able to provide a meeting space for both smaller, intimate parties of less than 20 people and also for bigger events with more than 50 attendees — we can. It is also our philosophy to create a perfect event for you regardless of the time of day you choose to meet or celebrate, just as it is our idea to always serve good food, whether at breakfast, lunch, or supper. The Graham Center serves as Florida International University's student union and central gathering hub on the Modesto A. Maidique Campus in Miami. Originally built in 1974 as a 78,000-square-foot facility, the building has grown into the university's primary destination for major events, academic instruction, student services, and retail — a natural crossroads for the entire FIU community. For events, the Graham Center offers a suite of flexible spaces anchored by its Ballrooms, which can be configured as three separate bays — East, West, and Center — or opened as a single room accommodating up to 900 guests in a theater layout or 500 for a seated banquet. The center is staffed by an experienced event planning team with expertise in operations, logistics, and audiovisual production. In-house catering through Panthere Catering is available, along with a dedicated AV department and the option to reserve adjacent metered parking. From conferences and banquets to seminars and celebrations, the Graham Center provides the professional infrastructure and campus setting to support a wide range of private and university events.

The Student Center Complex (SCC) is the place on campus for events, meetings, retail, and dining. The SCC is the community center of the University as it provides space for students to study, socialize, and engage in student life and for department offices.
