Cohen's Retreat is a five-acre destination in Savannah's Moon River District, built in 1934 and lovingly restored after more than 50 years as a nursing home. Today it operates as a gathering place anchored by three ideas — art, food, and community — with a full-service restaurant, the Brown Dog Market carrying local and regional artisan wares, and 10 individually decorated cottages spread across grounds shaded by moss-draped live oaks. The venue offers several event spaces scaled to different occasions. The Art Tank, with its exposed brick, rustic wood floors, and wall-to-wall windows, accommodates up to 150 seated guests and suits weddings, rehearsal dinners, and milestone celebrations. For smaller groups, the Clubhouse seats 30 and stands 50, the Atrium holds up to 25 seated, and the Perennial and Chef's Table handle intimate gatherings of 14 and 12 guests respectively. Rental fees include setup and breakdown, tables, chairs, linens, and glassware; food and beverage are coordinated exclusively through the venue's in-house team.

Vezalay is a stunning mountain venue near Dahlonega, Georgia. Vezalay is a wonderfully unique setting for nearly any Wedding Ceremony, Reception, or Specialized Event, thanks to its spectacular mountain views, elegant architecture, and flexible pricing. Event Center - Indoor Receptions Our event space was created with maximum flexibility, natural light, and stunning views in mind. With exposed trusses, HVAC ducts, and tongue and groove ceilings, the design is a mix of industrial and rustic. The maximum capacity is 200 people, however for the most comfortable fit, we recommend no more than 180. Pavilion - Outdoor Ceremonies If the weather permits, this is without a doubt one of the most gorgeous spots for an outdoor wedding. Photographers will undoubtedly spend a significant amount of time in this area. Outdoor weddings can be really special, but you don't have to be concerned about the weather. Simply move the ceremony to our indoor Chapel if necessary. Wedding Chapel - Indoor Ceremonies It may be tough to decide whether to hold your ceremony in the Chapel or the Pavilion. The vistas from each will not disappoint you in any case. The Chapel is equipped with a wireless microphone and surround speakers, although the acoustics are so amazing that you might not need them. Bridal Cottage It's all about the bride and her entourage. A lovely spot to get ready for your big day and unwind. After everything is done, you might wish to have a bridal breakfast, lunch, or even stay the night. We also work with Events by Dezine who offers full service packages to our venue. This option is for couples who wish to use our venue, but have someone else provide all the planning and vendor services. Harper Fowlkes House is an 1842 Greek Revival mansion situated on Orleans Square in the heart of Savannah's historic district. Designed by architect Charles B. Cluskey, the three-story residence is appointed with period antiques, original oil portraits, and twelve fireplaces — details preserved since Alida Harper Fowlkes, a noted Savannah preservationist, acquired the property in 1939 and left it to the Society of the Cincinnati in the State of Georgia upon her death in 1985. The venue hosts private events in both its intimate interiors and its generously sized garden. The garden — tentable and accommodating up to 120 guests — is a popular setting for outdoor ceremonies and receptions, and includes a carriage house with a bar and restrooms. Smaller seated dinners for up to 14 guests take place inside the house, with access to the first floor and its period rooms. A professional catering kitchen is available on-site.
