Warehouse 535 occupies a restored WWII-era warehouse in downtown Lafayette, Louisiana, originally used as storage for Hadacol — a product tied to Dudley LeBlanc. In 2013, Mark Falgout and Nicole LeBlanc purchased the building and spent two years carefully renovating it while preserving its historic character and original structure. The venue offers four distinct spaces suited to a wide range of occasions, from large corporate functions to intimate wedding celebrations. The Main Event Room is the largest indoor space, combining modern features with warm, historic charm. The Rhum Room, centered around a horseshoe bar and star-shaped lighting, suits smaller gatherings or can serve as an adjoining space for larger events. The Brass Room accommodates mid-size events, corporate meetings, and live music. The Lawn provides outdoor space anchored by a gazebo, used for ceremonies, festivals, and concerts alongside the indoor areas. Across all four spaces, the venue includes state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, three full-service bars, and dedicated event coordination.

New Orleans Board of Trade
316 Magazine St, New Orleans, LA 70130, USA- Spaces for 40-500 Guests
- 1 Ballroom
- 1 Landmark
- 3 Total Spaces
The New Orleans Board Of Trade was founded in 1880, and trading continued on the floor until mid-1960. Centered on the eastern wall of the building are three clocks, which have been in place since the building was erected, giving the times in New Orleans, New York & Rio de Janeiro, which were the major players in the Green Coffee Trading. The eight-sectioned mural done was hand-painted by local artist Alvin Sharpe in 1932. It took him approximately three months to complete. First, the canvas was glued to the dome, and then he painted them while on a scaffold in the prone position -- the local version of Michelangelo. (The cost for this project was only $5,500.00 -- just imagine what it would cost today!) In 1993, the Board of Trade was once again renovated, the floors leveled and carpeted with a movable dance floor. It is now available for special event rental, so the public has the opportunity to experience the grandeur of days gone by. The space can currently accomodate up to 500 guests reception style and 250 seated.

LARC's Acadian Village is a 32-acre heritage site in Lafayette, Louisiana, featuring an authentic recreation of an 1800s Cajun village — seven of its eleven buildings are original 19th-century homes donated by descendant families, constructed with wooden pegs, mud walls, hand-hewn cypress timbers, and high-peaked roofs. The site was developed in the early 1970s to preserve Acadian cultural heritage, and all revenue supports LARC, a local nonprofit that serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The village offers three distinct event spaces for weddings and private celebrations. The New Hope Chapel — a climate-controlled, non-denominational replica of an 1850s Acadian church — seats up to 85 guests for ceremonies. The Pavilion, a partially enclosed outdoor space with air conditioning units and ceiling fans, accommodates up to 350 guests for receptions. The Stutes Building provides an indoor alternative with a fully equipped kitchen and an adjacent outdoor courtyard for cocktails, hosting up to 150 guests. Bridal parties have access to a remodeled log cabin bridal suite for day-of preparation, and on-site bridal portrait sessions within the historic village are available.

Like New Orleans, NOLA Spaces has deep roots. This space has been re-imagined many times throughout its life. Originally a firehouse, our space has served as an auto repair shop, residential housing, and even a recording studio for local pianist Eddie Bo. The building was purchased in 2010 and lovingly reconstructed with as many original elements as possible. As you walk through the space, you’ll see a shiplap motif which uses wood original to the building, the old firehouse doors which were brought inside and refinished, and even a pole in our lobby, as a nod to the building’s original purpose. NOLA Spaces is the ideal location for holding a photographic session, a one-time or ongoing workshop, or a rehearsal or rehearsal rehearsal! Sprung wood flooring, mirrors, a sound system, central A/C and heat, and complimentary Wi-Fi are all included in each room. The Firehouse Room, which features enormous, framed mirrors covering the walls, a professional-quality sound system, and variable lighting, is an ideal setting for a banquet or dance party. NOLA Spaces is a flexible space that may be used for a multitude of purposes. The following are examples of common events that take place in our space: Dance and fitness classes are available. The Presbytère
Louisiana State Museum, 751 Chartres St, New Orleans, LA 70130, USA- Spaces for 50-500 Guests
- 1 Museum
- 1 Landmark
The Presbytère’s two permanent exhibits tell two sides of the ongoing Louisiana story—one of celebration and one of resilience. Mardi Gras: It’s Carnival Time in Louisiana offers a window into the annual celebration and riotous rituals of Mardi Gras, a festival that is inextricably woven into Louisiana’s way of life and whose roots extend deep into the Middle Ages. There are parade floats to climb, costumes to see and historical throws on display as well as rare glimpses into the secretive social club society from which modern-day Mardi Gras krewes evolved. And it’s not a party without music: Mardi Gras albums, records, sheet music and more are also part of the collection. The Living with Hurricanes: Katrina and Beyond exhibit tells of rescue, rebuilding and renewal. When Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans’ badly engineered levee system, it resulted in one of the worst disasters in American history, leaving 80 percent of the city flooded and hundreds dead. The exhibit documents the event, the aftermath and southeast Louisiana’s ongoing recovery. With interactive exhibits and artifacts that showcase the spirit of the city’s residents, this is a collection you don’t want to miss.

Ormond Plantation Manor
13786 River Rd, Destrehan, LA 70047, USA- Spaces for 150 Guests
- 1 Country Club
Despite its unique nature and often tragic history, Ormond Plantation has managed to endure until the early twenty-first century. As early as the 1780s, Pierre D'Trepagnier was granted a parcel of property by the Spanish Governor Don Bernanrdo deGalvez, who named it after himself. The main building, which was erected shortly before 1790, served as the plantation's headquarters for indigo and later sugar cane production. Built in the "Louisiana Colonial" style for plantations, which was inspired by the enormous sugar estates of the West Indies, the home is a beautiful example of architecture. The two wings, or garconnieres, that give Ormond its unique appearance are taller than the main building and of a design that may have been influenced by the Atlantic Seaboard, according to some sources. This was a common occurrence as officials from the Louisiana and Spanish governments were entertained in the mansion. Colonel Richard Butler purchased Mrs. D'Trepagnier's plantation home in 1805 for a sum of money. Butler had served in the United States Army and had fallen in love with the South during his time there. In honor of his family castle in Ireland, the Castle Ormonde, he gave his new home the name "Ormond." Following the War Between the States, Ormond Plantation, like many other Southern plantations, was forced to close its doors. It changed hands twice more before being sold at public auction in 1874 and 1875, according to historical records. State Senator Basile LaPlace, Jr., son of the prominent New Orleans pharmacist and landowner after whom the town of LaPlace is named, purchased Ormond on December 1, 1898, for a sum of $25,000.00. LaPlace died in a horrific fashion. In the following years, Ormond moved from LaPlace's widow to his mother, and then to the Schexnayder family, all of which occurred during the year 1900. The Schexnayders retained ownership of the property until 1926, when they transferred ownership to the Inter-Credit Corporation of New York. Between the late 1920s and early 1930s, a variety of tenants lived in the house and on the grounds surrounding the house. The house had been left to decay, and the walls were collapsing and the porch was sagging. Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Brown, proprietors of the Brown's Velvet Dairy in New Orleans, purchased the property for a sum of money. Beginning in 1943, the Browns embarked on a significant renovation project that involved enclosing the carriageways and incorporating the garconnieres into the main structure of the house. Indoor plumbing, natural gas, and electricity were among the modern luxuries that the Browns installed.
