The Lincoln Parish Library Events Center is a standalone event facility operated by Lincoln Parish Library in Ruston, Louisiana, offering adaptable spaces for a wide range of gatherings — from weddings and galas to corporate meetings and community celebrations. The center's largest space, the Ruston Room, spans 6,765 square feet and provides access to restrooms and food preparation areas. Afton Villa Gardens is a historic outdoor garden estate in St. Francisville, Louisiana, set on over 20 acres of formal gardens, manicured lawns, and ancient oak-lined grounds draped in Spanish moss. The property traces its origins to the mid-19th century, and its gardens — listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 — have been meticulously restored and cultivated to reflect their original Southern grandeur. The gardens accommodate weddings and private events for up to 250 guests across the estate's outdoor grounds, including a formal parterre garden, ruins garden, daffodil valley, and sweeping terraces. Berry Creek Cabins is a seven-acre retreat in the woods of Washington Parish, Louisiana, established in 1990 and designed to bring groups together in a natural setting. The property offers eight individually named cabins — from the Treehouse to the Creekside and the houseboat A Shore Bet — each fully furnished with a full kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi, accommodating four to twelve guests per unit. For events and gatherings, the centerpiece is a 2,700-square-foot Party Deck and adjacent indoor pavilion, available for exclusive reservation by the hour and suited to weddings, receptions, family reunions, church groups, and large-group getaways. Maison Soule & The Paris Room occupies a 22-room historic mansion at 720 Saint Louis Street in the French Quarter of New Orleans, just steps from Bourbon Street. Built beginning in 1829 by French emigre Pierre Soule — a Louisiana U.S. Senator and criminal lawyer who died in the mansion's third-floor bedroom in 1870 — the property has served as an elegant manor, an orphan asylum, a jazz parlor, and a family-owned restaurant over nearly two centuries. The Paris Room, on the mansion's second floor, is available for private events of all kinds. Its ballroom features 18-foot ceilings, a private street balcony, a garden terrace, a spiral staircase, a full private bar, and a commercial kitchen. The space accommodates 10 to 80 guests for seated events, up to 125 for standing receptions, and up to 300 guests for an exclusive facility buyout.
