Our beautiful pre-war machine shop in the heart of Williamsburg showcases 1920s’ chic decor, exposed brick and soaring ceilings. The building includes a first floor gallery, second floor vintage loft, and roof deck. The building can host up to 74 guests. The loft visually immerses you in nostalgia with its vintage furniture and classic speakeasy vibe. The lovingly renovated interior of original wood and reclaimed metal, with 15-ft ceilings and custom art pieces make a stunning, camera-ready setting for film, photo shoots, or special events. A 24-person capacity private roof deck provides day and nighttime options for outside activities. The street-level gallery offers a crisp white-brick gallery space with neutral gray concrete floors and walls stretching 15 ft in height. Our flexible space can host your conference, launch party, holding, film or photo shoot, wedding or reception. It’s a quintessentially Brooklyn place to make your creative, social, and professional events come to life.

Blue Hill hosts elegant events at its two restaurant locations and at off-site venues. Blue Hill, our restaurant in New York City, offers a garden room that seats up to 16 guests and a main dining room that seats up to 50 guests. Private lunch and dinner events are available in these spaces. Blue Hill at Stone Barns, our restaurant located in Westchester County, offers a private dining for up to 14 guests and the HayLoft which seats 40 to 260 guests. In addition, meetings, outings and retreats for up to 260 guests can be accommodated on-site, with custom team-building activities led by farmers and chefs. Blue Hill On the Road brings our cuisine, staff, style and expertise to your guests at venues throughout New York City, the Hudson Valley and farther afield. Country Blue Hill at Stone Barns, our restaurant located in Westchester County, offers private dining for up to 14 guests and the HayLoft, which seats 40-260 guests. Private events are also occasionally hosted in the restaurant main dining room, which seats up to 125 guests. Over 15,000 square feet of indoor space is available for events of different formats and sizes. Corporate meetings and outings of up to 260 guests can be held with the option of custom team-building activities led by farmers and chefs. Weddings are hosted in the beautiful HayLoft and ceremonies can be accommodated on site. Our experienced events team can assist with all aspects of planning and coordination. City Blue Hill, our restaurant in New York City, offers a garden room that seats up to 16 guests and a main dining room that seats up to 50 guests. The Claudette restaurant is named after Claudette Sammut, the 91 year-old mother of Guy Sammut, who with his wife Reine own two beautiful restaurants and a small hotel in Loumarin. Carlos stumbled upon the property on a sunny October afternoon and was so inspired by the beautiful setting, Reine’s food, Guy’s incredible warmth, and the Sammut family’s story, that he asked Guy – before dessert was even served – if they could name the restaurant after his mother. Luckily, he said yes. Claudette is available for private dining & large-party events such as cocktail receptions, dinners, wedding receptions and more.
