This massive industrial bi-level warehouse offers nearly 15,500 sq ft of interior space, 4,000 square feet of outdoor space, and can flex to suit event needs from photo and film shoots to corporate workshops and conventions. The first floor boasts 16 ft tall ceilings and a fully operational bar. Stairs lead to an equally spacious office on the second floor with drop ceilings and cubicle buildouts. The space is operated by Queer Nightlife Community Center.

Located upstairs at Moxy NYC Downtown Hotel in the Financial District, Recreation is a 5000 sq. ft. communal co-working space by day and a bar by night - serving as the ultimate living room for the neighborhood. Loosie's Nightclub can accommodate 165 guests reception style and has a built-in DJ booth, full service bar, and custom LED lighting. Guests enter through a graffiti-covered alley behind the hotel, passing murals by the late New York street artist Lance de los Reyes (aka Rambo), before descending into a space inspired by the downtown art scene of the 1980s. The bold, intimate atmosphere features an exploded disco ball chandelier, tufted banquettes, and unique materials like cement-like walls and metallic accents. Philippe Chow's Private & Semi-Private Dining Rooms are the ideal location for your event, whether you're planning a little get-together or a big party. We provide tailored food and beverage packages, a range of settings, and deliciously elegant experiences for you and your guests. Both the brand's distinctively contemporary appearance and Chef Chow's contemporary interpretation of classic Chinese food are upheld at Philippe Downtown. Bold red accents are used around the room to denote good fortune and joy in Chinese culture. The restaurant is open and adaptable, with movable spaces perfect for private dining options for gatherings of up to 225 people. Upon entering, visitors are enticed into the main dining area by a mirrored staircase lighted by subtle gold lighting. The seating options range from free-standing tables beneath a gold-leafed ceiling to opulently upholstered banquettes. The walls are decorated with tasteful artwork that combines light and textural materials. A DJ booth is housed in the main bar, which is behind the eating area, and is encircled by a golden bamboo display case.
