Old School Farm at Dyberry Wilds is a working farm and forest property along Dyberry Creek in the Upper Pocono Mountains of Honesdale, Pennsylvania. The land's roots as a farmstead reach back to a house built in 1925 by dairy farmers Friend and Carrie Walter, later moved up the hill in 1957 to escape the valley's flood zone; the property was renamed Old School Farm in 2001 and has continued under family stewardship since 2021. Today the farm hosts weddings, family reunions, and small group retreats for up to 130 guests in a relaxed, informal, outdoor setting. Events draw on the property's Amish-built timber frame barn, a dining pavilion with an adjacent party tent, the farmhouse's first floor for the wedding party, and a stage and fire pit for gathering. On Friday evenings from May through October, the farm fires its wood-fired earthen pizza oven for artisan pizza nights using ingredients grown on site.

Betsy's Barn sits on Cheeseman Farm in Portersville, a small rural town bordering McConnell's Mill State Park, and has hosted weddings ranging from micro to large-scale celebrations for over 25 years. The farm is a sixth-generation family-owned business that began as a general livestock operation in 1980; Betsy's Barn was built in 1999 by a small group of local Amish workers and has since grown from its original 40' x 80' footprint into a roughly 7,000-square-foot venue. The barn combines rustic character with practical event space: a large, fully covered wrap-around porch, a bar area, an open-air lounge, a glass-enclosed deck, and a 20' x 40' hardwood dance floor, all able to accommodate up to 300 guests. It is unheated and uncooled but relies on strong cross ventilation and fans, which is why bookings run May through August. Catering is handled entirely in-house by the venue's culinary team, and ceremony sites on the property include a gazebo, a large oak tree, the barn interior, and the surrounding field.

The Gables at Chadds Ford occupies a pre-revolutionary dairy barn in Pennsylvania's Brandywine Valley, its raised gabled roofline, exposed timber frame, and wall of French windows carried over from the original structure. Owner Ann Kolenick took over the property in 2011 after running McCurdy's On Moonlight Bay in North Carolina, and the kitchen has built its reputation on farm-to-table American cuisine sourced from local purveyors, including desserts that have won multiple festival awards. For private events, the second-floor banquet room offers a private entrance, deck, bar, and restrooms beneath its gabled ceiling and timber frame, hosting anywhere from 30 to 140 guests. A landscaped garden with a stone wall and water feature provides a backdrop for outdoor ceremonies of up to 140 guests, and a bridal suite gives wedding parties a private space to dress and relax before the event. WiFi and linens are included with every package, and the venue accommodates weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, birthday and engagement parties, corporate meetings, and memorial luncheons.

Allenberry Resort & Spa is a historic resort in Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, established in 1778 and set along a protected mile of the Yellow Breeches Creek and the Appalachian Trail. Its 75 acres of Pennsylvania countryside hold nine distinct event spaces, from a stone-walled cellar to a meadow tent, giving planners room to spread a wedding or gathering across ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception without leaving the property. The Barn, the resort's signature venue, offers stone walls and exposed beams for dinners of up to 180 guests, while the Meadow Tent opens onto open sky for receptions of up to 200.
