Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall is a 58,000-square-foot facility within the Wichita Falls MPEC (Multipurpose Events Center) complex, set on the south side of the Wichita River and connected to the J.S. Bridwell Agricultural Center by a pedestrian bridge. Renovated in 2023, the hall centers on two main exhibit halls suited to trade shows, conventions, and large banquets, backed by 10 breakout rooms for smaller meetings and a 216-seat seminar room for presentations and gatherings. The facility offers full-service on-site catering, 1,900 parking spaces, and on-site RV hookups for up to 548 vehicles, and it sits adjacent to the on-site Delta Hotels by Marriott for guests who need overnight accommodations. Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall regularly hosts events ranging from the Wichita Falls Auto Show to community gatherings like the Hotter'N Hell Hundred bicycle ride.

This special setting offers a functioning fireplace, a private balcony, and allows your guests to wallow in nature high above Buffalo Bayou in luxury. It can seat up to 54 guests. THE RED ROOM The Red Room is reminiscent of a historical parlor from the past, with enough amenities and décor to accommodate any style of gathering, from professional to intimate. A 42" flat screen television is available for viewing presentations or sporting events in this area. The Red Room can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. THE DECK The Deck at Brenner's on The Bayou is a one-of-a-kind outdoor location perfect for parties, wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, and other special occasions. This open-air venue is nestled among the foliage and is excellent for your next event. It is located near to the Blue Bar with a gorgeous view of the Buffalo Bayou. The Deck can seat 65-85 people for a seated dinner and up to 85 people for a reception, and it may be tented upon request. THE GARDEN ROOM Step inside The Garden Room for an event situated in a panoramic setting with a vibrant assortment of gardens and waterfalls. The Cana Ballroom sits above historic downtown Boerne, Texas, with views of the surrounding Hill Country. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the landscape, while a spacious outdoor patio extends the celebration outside. The venue accommodates gatherings from intimate parties of 50 up to larger affairs of 450 guests, making it suited to everything from wedding receptions to corporate meetings and conferences. Inside, the ballroom is set up with mahogany chiavari chairs, a custom dance floor, and advanced audio-visual capabilities, with individualized table setups arranged for each event. This old cotton gin has been entirely restored and converted into an event space unlike any other in the world. Don't be fooled by what you see on the exterior! A lovely gem can be found on the inside. In addition to the Courtyard, there is a Gin with a Stage and a magnificent chandelier, as well as an Outdoor Space. The Old Gin can accommodate a wide range of events! Because the interior is a blank canvas, you may design your event exactly how you want it! The Point Venue Performance and Event Center is located on Highway 69, between Interstates I30 and I20, in the heart of downtown Point Pleasant. Previously, it had been converted from a working "Cotton Mill" into a "Theatre." A 40 by 20 foot stage makes us the "Jewel" of East Texas for events that feature live music, performers, DJs, or even the "First Dance." We are also known as the "Jewel" of East Texas when it comes to "First Dances." It is our stage and custom-made "Hay Bale" chandelier that bring this venue to life. If the “Party” is the most important part of your wedding, you need to come see what we have to offer. Because of our connection with MRIT Event Technologies, we have access to lower rates on bespoke lighting, drape, and the BigShotSelfie Mirror Photobooth. Indoors, we have 4000 square feet of air-conditioned space in the theatre, and we have another 2000 square feet of covered area in our courtyard and rear quarter. We also have more than 3 acres of outside area that may be used for outdoor weddings and other activities on a rental basis.

The Farm Country Club sits inside Farm Country RV Park in the Texas Hill Country near Bandera, on land first settled in the mid-1850s and deeded to the Stevens family in 1868. Rolling hills, big skies, and stands of Live Oak trees set a picturesque backdrop for a rustic 12,500-square-foot pavilion that seats 450 or more guests. The pavilion has proudly hosted everything from weddings and company picnics to antique car rallies, motorcycle rallies, project graduation parties, and athletic award banquets, making it a wonderfully flexible gathering spot for groups of nearly any size or occasion. Guests can also take advantage of the property's lively recreation area, which includes a large swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, volleyball courts, and horseshoe pits, giving an event day plenty of room to spread out well beyond the pavilion itself.
