Wide plank wood floors, high ceilings, and soft neutral walls set the tone inside Seabrook Town Hall, where a New England-inspired exterior gives way to a bright, vaulted interior built for gatherings that feel intentional and welcoming. The open floor plan carries that clarity through into how the room works for an event: long banquet tables and seated dinners on one night, a cocktail reception with room for presentations the next, all inside a space that seats up to 80 guests or holds 120 standing. Large doors open onto adjacent outdoor areas, so a toast or cocktail hour can move outside as easily as it stays in, and the venue sits close enough to Seabrook's parks and walking paths that guests are only steps from more of the town once the doors close. The eight-hour rental includes chiavari chairs, event tables, white or black table linens, and full table settings, with setup, breakdown, and on-site support handled by the venue's team. Built in 1939, the Des Moines Field House is the only full log cabin in King County, set within Des Moines Beach Park between Puget Sound and the surrounding forest, about fifteen minutes south of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Its rustic log-cabin architecture — exposed beams, maple flooring, and a floor-to-ceiling cut-stone fireplace — gives the building a distinctive, historic character that has carried generations of celebrations. The Field House Gym anchors the space: a 4,000-square-foot hall that seats up to 150 guests and includes a 19-by-16-foot stage along with banquet tables and chairs. It suits weddings, elopements, banquets, receptions, fundraisers, and company events, with green space surrounding the building for gatherings that extend outdoors. Limited onsite and street parking is available. Part of the Beach Park Event Center, the Field House pairs its historic setting with the flexibility to host both formal receptions and casual celebrations.

Granite window trim, spindle work in the gables, and a prominent turret mark it as one of Spokane's best examples of Queen Anne architecture, while the property's seasonal gardens offer a park-like setting for guests. Inside, the mansion's suites carry the same historic character, with antique furnishings, private balconies, and claw-foot tubs alongside modern amenities. Four Springs House sits on a 50-acre nature preserve on Camano Island, within driving distance of Seattle. Once a private homestead built around a pond fed by four natural springs, the property passed to Island County Parks and now opens its buildings and grounds for weddings, corporate meetings, family reunions, and celebrations. The setting pairs indoor and outdoor space. The Main House centers on a great room with windows overlooking the lake, joined by two breakout rooms and a catering kitchen. The adjacent Meadow Room looks out over the preserve, and a barn with a concrete patio hosts ceremonies, receptions, seminars, and auctions. Outdoors, grass lawns, a lakeside meadow, wooded trails, and rock gardens accommodate up to 160 guests, with room for a canopy for open-air ceremonies and picnics.

Set on land donated to the Lopez Island community in 1984, when Natalie Roush gave five acres in Lopez Village toward what would become a shared gathering place, the Lopez Center for Community and the Arts is owned and operated by the nonprofit Lopez Community Center Association, which formed in 1987 to carry the vision forward and, after years of fundraising that gained early momentum from seed funding provided by Andy Holland in 1994, opened the doors of its main facility to the community in October 1999. At the heart of the center is a multipurpose main hall, where a stage, hardwood floors, and a vintage Steinway piano support everything from theater and music productions to meetings, memorials, and fundraisers, while large sliding glass doors open the room to natural light and to the rolling lawn beyond. That lawn, together with a south-facing veranda and an outdoor pavilion built for the center's earliest seasonal concerts, gives weddings held here room to spread from an outdoor ceremony across the grounds into the hall for a reception seated at up to 200 place settings, a scale that has made the center known as the largest wedding venue on Lopez Island. A fully equipped kitchen, included with every rental, and technical packages ranging from a simple microphone and piano setup to full theatrical lighting and a live band system round out what the center can offer, all of it maintained by an all-volunteer Board of Trustees elected annually by the Lopez Island community whose gifts of land and labor built the place.

Established in 2000, Camas Meadows Golf Club is an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Andy Raugust, formerly with Jack Nicklaus Golf Services. The par-72 course, playing between 4,859 and 6,518 yards, is set among towering evergreens and lush natural wetlands near Lacamas Lake in Camas, Washington, offering a secluded backdrop that's still convenient to Portland International Airport. The club hosts weddings, golf tournaments, corporate outings, and charitable fundraisers for groups of 12 to 200 or more guests. The Pavilion Tent, with its cloth-lined interior and lighted chandeliers, serves as the club's reception space, while the Gazebo offers a ceremony setting during the warmer months and the Lower Terrace provides an outdoor gathering spot with string lights and fire pits. Wedding rentals include nine hours of event time, on-site catering and event staff, full setup and breakdown, a dance floor, a staffed bar, cake cutting service, and bridal suites for both the bride and groom. The winery sits on the shores of Lake Chelan in Manson, Washington, where estate grapes are hand-picked and sorted before the valley's cool climate helps shape them into wine. Established in 1896 in the Naches River Valley, The American Homestead is a historic mountain venue in Naches, Washington, now owned by the Forgey family. The property is bordered by the Naches River to the east, green valley to the north and south, and high-desert hills to the west, with a single bridge over the river as the only way in and out — a setting that keeps the retreat quietly secluded. The homestead specializes in rustic weddings and mountain getaways, offering both indoor and outdoor event spaces. Its deluxe wedding and event package includes use of all spaces from Friday through Sunday, along with overnight lodging in the property's two houses. The restored 1896 cabin features five themed bedrooms that sleep ten, a fully furnished country kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and a wraparound deck with an inset hot tub overlooking a rock-walled fire pit. The bunkhouse, built in 2018, also sleeps ten and offers a fully stocked kitchen with a large twelve-stool island, two full bathrooms with indoor and outdoor accessibility, and an outdoor dining area with valley views. A friendly, professional staff is on hand to answer questions about the cabin and event center, and several restaurants sit within five to fifteen minutes of the property.

It doesn't matter if your wedding is elegant or simple, opulent or intimate; the Browns Point Improvement Club is a magnificent venue in which to have it and make it unforgettable. There is 90 feet of beach beachfront adjacent to the clubhouse, which is located close to Lighthouse Park. It has a west-facing orientation, which makes it an ideal setting for magnificent sunsets and memorable wedding photographs. A fully equipped kitchen is accessible for food preparation and serving, and has a commercial-sized refrigerator, a gas oven, and two serving windows for convenience. You are free to select any caterer of your choosing. The Clubhouse, which has a maximum capacity of 170 people, is an excellent venue for most weddings. A seaside balcony terrace that extends nearly the whole length of the building provides additional fun for your guests. The building features hardwood flooring, picture windows, and an elevator. The rental fee includes the use of our lifetime tables and chairs, as well as access to our parking lot and security guard.

The Orchard at Sunshine Hill sits on a 40-acre farm in Chehalis, Washington. The Scheuber family settled the land in the mid-1800s. A 100-year-old orchard still surrounds the venue today. The pavilion and its landscaping are newer additions to the historic property. Views stretch to Mt. Rainier, Mt. Adams, and Mt. St. Helens. The farm sits just off I-5, within reach of Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, and Portland. Weddings are hosted with full exclusivity. Only one wedding takes place on the property per day. The Pavilion offers over 3,700 square feet of open-air, covered space. It works for both ceremonies and receptions. The Octagon is a rustic log structure with a rock fire pit. Grooms gather there before the ceremony, and guests return for s'mores after dinner. The Bridal Suite is a small cottage tucked among the trees, giving the bridal party a private space to prepare. Rental pricing is inclusive of many essentials. Chairs, farm tables, wine barrels, and easels are all included. Hundreds of Edison lights hang above the pavilion and pathways. Three on-site restrooms are handicap accessible. Engagement photography is included at no added cost. The property can host up to 250 guests.

Founded in 2008, Olalla Vineyard & Winery has been serving the local community. It is a small, family-owned winery with a strong connection to Croatian culture. Joe and Konnie Serka were the former owners and operators of the vineyard, and they took great care of it. As the vineyard grew and developed into the lovely paradise that it is today, Joe and Konnie put their souls into its development. With the help of their son Stuart and daughter Mary Ellen, the current owners hope to carry on the winemaking legacy of the past while also developing the winery into a one-of-a-kind, boutique destination vineyard and winery with a strong emphasis on agricultural tourism. A summer wedding in a vineyard is the perfect backdrop for an outdoor ceremony.
