The Plant at Kyle sits on seventeen Hill Country acres about 30 miles from Austin, built around the award-winning 1990 Carraro Residence designed by Lake|Flato Architects. In 2021 the property received the Texas Society of Architects' 25-Year Test of Time Award, and it holds membership in the Iconic Houses Network. The house gained wider recognition when it appeared in Solange's Grammy-winning 2016 music video "Cranes in the Sky." The venue hosts weddings, retreats, meetings, performances, and other private celebrations on its flexible, wheelchair-accessible first floor, which includes a well-appointed kitchen and seating for up to 50 guests at six farm tables. Outside, the grounds offer a saltwater swimming pool, an open meadow, and ample parking. The Palace Arts Center brings together two historic theaters in the heart of Grapevine's Historic Main Street District, just minutes from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. The Palace Theatre, an Art Deco-style building from the 1940s, was saved from demolition in 1991 when the Grapevine Heritage Foundation acquired it, and today seats 432 guests across its main floor and balcony. The Lancaster Theatre, once home to the 1930s Buckner Cash Grocery and Dry Goods store, has been restored and now hosts smaller gatherings, from meetings and luncheons to receptions and dinner theater. Together the two venues offer more than 15,000 square feet of rental space for weddings, receptions, and corporate gatherings, each with a distinctive vintage flair. Cotton Creek Barn is a family-owned wedding and event venue in Tahoka, Texas, set in the middle of a working cotton field in the farming community of New Home. Owners Kent and Mitzi Bruton, a longtime area farmer and teacher, spent about two years building most of the venue themselves before it hosted its first wedding in July 2013. The property incorporates reclaimed materials gathered from the original New Home Cotton Gin, abandoned barns and farmhouses, and fences from around the community, along with vintage signage collected over the years. The venue's Main Barn, built from rusted tin and reclaimed fence wood, holds up to around 300 guests and serves as the setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions, along with birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, and other events. The Olde Grain Barn, the property's first addition, dates to 1951 and seats up to 150 guests for a ceremony; it doubles as a rain backup space and a spot for rehearsal dinners on its adjoining patio. Additional features on the grounds include a bridal suite, a groom's quarters known as the Old Farm House, and Mabel, a more than 35-foot elm tree that shades outdoor ceremonies.

The Gatehouse Pavilion is one of the event spaces at Old Glory Ranch, a Texas Hill Country property along the Blanco River in Wimberley that has hosted weddings and events since 1997. Built for the do-it-yourself bride, the Pavilion suits smaller and more casual gatherings — wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, and private parties for guest counts of 100 or fewer, at a more budget-conscious scale than the ranch's larger facilities. The approximately 36-by-60-foot space is outfitted with 10 handcrafted cedar tables and benches, a small kitchenette, two powder rooms, and a sitting/dressing room, along with a stereo system and wireless microphone for toasts and announcements. A large hand-laid stone fireplace with stained glass sidelights anchors the room. Outside of event hours, the Pavilion can also serve as a green room for performers or a childcare space during larger events elsewhere on the property.
