Twisted Ranch Weddings sits on 200 private acres in Oatmeal, Texas, in the Hill Country near Austin, where the venue has built out an entire Old West-style town for weddings and events. The property includes a Saloon reception hall, a white wedding chapel with burlap-covered pews and crystal chandeliers, a General Store used for cocktail hour staging, a jail turned photo-booth space, and outdoor ceremony sites set beneath towering oak trees. Ponds, fountains, and landscaped grounds carry the Hill Country setting throughout the property. Choctaw Stadium, for example, demonstrates this. With approximately 48,000 open-air seating, this 270-acre multi-purpose stadium has been the home of the Texas Rangers baseball team since 1994 and has hosted two World Series games as well as the 1995 All-Star Game. Besides sporting events, Choctaw Stadium can hold a variety of public and private functions, ranging from concerts to banquets. Are you organizing a fundraising event or holiday party? Designed to honor the rich legacy of baseball in America, Choctaw Stadium combines state-of-the-art comforts with a nod to the past in its construction. It was decided in 2020 to rearrange the original Choctaw Stadium plan so that it could also be used as a football and soccer stadium. The park's exterior is comprised of granite and brick, with a home run porch in right field and an asymmetrical playing field, which is a frequent feature of ballparks built during the first half of the twentieth century. The playing field is made of actual grass, namely Tifway 419 turf, which is lush and luxurious. And, of course, the Lone Star, a symbol of Texan pride, is prominently displayed on the park's exterior and interior, as well as on its signage.

The Surrey House is a big historic residence that was constructed around 1910. It has withstood a century of tornadoes, fires, and other natural calamities to become one of the most well-known wedding venues in the North Dallas community. A complete renovation of the facility was carried out in 1998, and a partial renovation was carried out in 2011. Just a few blocks south of the old town center and the magnificently renovated county courthouse, you'll find this stunning residence in McKinney's historic area. Behind the main home is a big deck that overlooks the rear yard and a wedding gazebo that was expressly created for the occasion. Brides and bridesmaids can get ready for their special moments in the bridal cottage, which is located at the southern end of the backyard on the south side. It is possible to host events of up to 150 people in the Surrey House and its surrounding grounds. If an event, such as a reception, is to be held solely within the Surrey House, the maximum number of attendees is 100 people. Indoor seated weddings are limited to a maximum of 100 people. Truly Delicious will cater on-site from the Surrey House and will provide special package pricing for anything from mints and almonds to five-course dinners and everything in between. The Wildflower is situated on 50 gorgeous acres between Lake Tawakoni and Lake Fork in Emory, Texas. The Tremont House is a historic hotel in Galveston's Strand Historic District, tracing its roots to a Galveston institution dating to 1839. The current building, once the Leon & H. Blum Building, was constructed in 1879 and restored by George and Cynthia Mitchell in the early 1980s, reopening in 1985 as the first major hotel to open in downtown Galveston in sixty years. Today the hotel offers nearly 17,000 square feet of flexible event space across eight venues, accommodating gatherings from 8 to 800 guests. The Tremont Ballroom, on the upper level of the historic Davidson building, features 14-foot ceilings and access to a balcony overlooking the Galveston Mardi Gras arch, while the Royal Room offers exposed brick and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out on historic downtown. Smaller spaces like the Library and Tribune Room suit more intimate ceremonies, and the hotel's Rooftop Bar can be rented in full for weddings and receptions with views of downtown Galveston and the harbor.
