In fact, we like to think of them as proof that life happened here. As a nod to the magic that came before us, our name pays homage to the original title of iconic the Lafayette Street – Elm Street.

TIWA is a cultural event space and gallery in the heart of New York's historic Tribeca neighborhood. SPACE: The Main Gallery space overlooking historic Walker Street is a clean slate allowing for a variety of uses, specifically private dinners, cocktail receptions, talks, presentations, and exhibitions. The Rear Gallery, which houses an extensive library of art books and lounge seating, allows for an extension of the Main Gallery, or for a separate gathering space that provides staging, back of house, or a meeting area. GALLERY: Celebrating the blurred line between art and design, and the ever-evolving culture of craft, TIWA Select is a platform and gallery space engaging with artists and makers who share an affinity for the unexpectedness of the handmade. Largely self-taught with the ability to work with locally-sourced materials, collaborators draw on traditional practices in their craft — but always as an embodied interpretation of their time, environment, and culture. Their works are tethered to their personal stories, elevating everyday functional objects as artifacts of human experience. Founded in 2021 by Alex Tieghi-Walker, TIWA Select has showcased works in New York City, London and Los Angeles, has collaborated with Farago Gallery and Frieze, and opened their first permanent gallery space in New York’s Tribeca district in Fall 2023.

Founded by world-renowned photographer Fabrizio Ferri, Industria revolutionized the photo and event industry as the first multi-studio complex of its kind in New York City. Offering remarkable and versatile facilities, Industria’s studios are designed for commercial shoots and a variety of special events including exhibitions, conferences, fashion shows, trade shows, weddings, and pop-ups. The iconic Manhattan outpost offers a landmark 7,500-square-foot private building in the heart of the historic West Village. Surrounded by elegant townhouses and cobblestone streets, the studio is just a few steps from the Highline, the Whitney Museum, and the Meatpacking District. This location is artfully distressed, with red and blue brick, a huge skylight, multiple green-rooms, and a garage door for easy load-in/out. In addition to its iconic West Village studio, Industria offers two exceptional locations in Williamsburg, Brooklyn: 39 South 5th Street and 33 Grand. Live Axe is Manhattan’s first and only elevated axe throwing destination boasting 10,000 square feet of space across two floors. Situated in a gloriously appointed industrial-chic space, Live Axe offers a fresh, elevated take on the popular axe throwing pastime, upping the ante with a full food menu and roster of creative cocktails; it is the only venue of its kind in NYC with a full liquor license. Featuring a modern Viking theme, it is the vision of the entrepreneurs Zac Aviel Segal and Amit Fridman, who look to offer New Yorkers an electrifying axe throwing experience that delivers conviviality and excitement alongside safety and an abundance of precaution. The Standard, East Village, is a quaint, attractive, and eccentric hotel located off Cooper Square in one of New York's most vibrant, artistic areas. It is very much in the spirit of its surroundings. Before ascending to breathtaking vistas of Manhattan, you enter the 21-story tower through the original tenement-style building. There is a tranquil garden hidden beneath the street, the busy, all-day street-side Café Standard with an indoor mushroom farm, and NO BAR, a hugely inclusive new wave bar that accepts anybody and everyone. Venues The Standard, East Village is more than just a collection of restaurants and bars; it offers a diverse range of venues to fit any occasion. You can do it all under our roof, from casual gatherings to board meetings, intimate cocktails to live concerts, seasonal Garden areas to Penthouse vistas of Manhattan. The Penthouse The Penthouse, which is on the 21st story, has a panoramic view of New York City. The Penthouse, with its 1300 square feet of interior space and 1300 square feet of terrace, is ideal for special events ranging from seated dinners and cocktail receptions to corporate meetings and fashion shows. A surround sound music system, four separate bathrooms, and a flexible selection of accessible furniture options are all included in the space. The Overlook The Overlook is a multi-purpose meeting and conference venue with a furnished terrace overlooking our garden. The bright space, which is located on the second floor, can accommodate 16 guests at the boardroom table and has a 60” HDMI compatible TV & Wi-Fi. The Perch The Perch, on the second level, is accessible for private business meetings of 4-6 people. The 255 sq ft room views our private garden on East 5th Street and Bowery, with floor-to-ceiling windows set among the trees. Chairs, a sofa, a coffee table, and a desk are all included in the Perch's setup. Private Dining Room The private dining room at Narcissa may seat up to 10 people for a private lunch, dinner, or meeting. The location, which is adjacent to the restaurant's main dining room and has its own private bar, overlooks our tranquil garden. On request, a high-definition LED television screen can be used for presentations.
