The Jazz Gallery offers a unique space for private events, recordings, rehearsals, business meetings, photo/film shoots, concerts, conferences, seminars, classes, weddings, receptions, celebrations, and functions of all kinds looking to distinguish themselves from the usual offerings. The performance space (1160 Broadway, entrance on Broadway) houses the stage and all performance amenities, a small office, and rest room area. The lounge (1158 Broadway, entrance on 27th street) includes an open lounge area, a large green room/office space, a bar, a refrigerator, and two restrooms (one being ADA-compliant). The Jazz Gallery is located in New York’s historic & bustling NoMad neighborhood; the Flatiron Building and Madison Square Park to our south, and the Empire State Building is a few blocks to the north. Nestled in between these two iconic buildings are old merchant stores, exclusive boutiques, and many restaurants and hotels. The Jazz Gallery is located at 1158 & 1160 Broadway, 5th floor. It can be reached by the N and R trains to 28th Street and is also a short walk from the 6 and the 1 at 28th Street and numerous other trains.

The top floor of one of the few remaining factory warehouses on the North Williamsburg riverfront is now home to XX Venue, a freshly established, large, nicely restored business space. This one-of-a-kind venue, located at the corner of North 11th Street and Wythe Avenue, features 11,000 square feet of private, multi-purpose studio space and a 4,000 square foot private rooftop. With its flexible white-box architecture, open floor layout, and spectacular waterfront vistas, this extraordinary space has been deliberately built to support a diversity of applications within a historic three-story brick warehouse. The spacious inside space, in addition to the private rooftop access, features numerous expansive open areas as well as six distinct studio rooms, each with over-sized, magnificent arch windows. The whitewashed setting creates an excellent blank canvas for your individual wedding vision to come to life, with 20-foot ceilings, Madera hardwood floors, big skylights, and plenty of windows that flood the area with natural light. The XX Venue is a high-end loft with a private rooftop in Williamsburg's burgeoning neighborhood. This venue combines all modern features with Brooklyn character and convenience, and is located in a refurbished warehouse building. Within the facility, there is a panoramic 270-degree view, as well as unimpeded views of the East River and Manhattan skyline from the rooftop. Natural light floods the 15,000 square feet of space. Office space, breakout rooms, back of house, and a large open space for activation are all part of the distinctive concept.

In fact, the first Deity Wedding was the marriage of it’s creators in 2007. Our romantic space provides full-service access for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner followed by a reception with DJ. Price per person is $150-$200 per person, for EVERYTHING except photographer, cake and officiant. Patent Pending is located in the cellar of the Radio Wave Building, a New York City landmark building where Nikola Tesla lived and performed his experiments in the late 19th century. Patent Pending provides an intimate private event experience that embodies aspects of both a discreet speakeasy and upscale cocktail club. Once here, your private party will be transported into the back bar, with a lovely, low-ceiling, mirrored foyer for eight (3 stools), five banquettes to seat up to twenty-two, and nine bar stools. Behind another hidden archway, The Lab at Patent Pending awaits with a large booth for ten, another booth for twelve, a dance floor and five bar seats. Food will be served in the cafe up front, and the entire space both front and back can be yours. For groups of 12 or more, The Lab can be yours either privately or shared. For parties of 40 or under, The Lab can be yours privately. For parties of 40+ we offer all of Patent Pending and The Lab.
