Nestled on a charming cobblestone street in the West Village, this multi-level storefront event space is a spacious 2,000 sf gallery with 20 ft ceilings. It can be rented with a 1,000 sf mezzanine and lounge, a DJ room overlooking the entire venue, and an office space that can be used for storage or as a back-of-house area. The West Village event space is street - level and has seamless drive-in access. It can be rented with or without the classic cars, adding a unique touch to your event. From American classics like a 1957 Ford Thunderbird to European exotics such as a 1973 Ferrari Daytona, you can choose cars to display. The venue is in a free-standing building and can accommodate amplified music, making it uniquely suitable for social events, cocktail parties, dance parties, and listening parties. The vibrant foot traffic and visibility in this prime West Village neighborhood, as well as the venue’s retail facade, make it ideal for retail pop-ups, gallery exhibits, showrooms, fashion presentations, and product launches. Pioneer Works is a 501c3 non-profit that presents programs, public events, artist residencies, and classes — 85% of which are free and open to the public — across the disciplines of visual art, science, music, technology, and narrative arts. Pioneer Works offers unique, scalable spaces and a 20,000-square-foot garden that can accommodate a wide variety of events: from large-scale build outs, conferences and dinners, to film shoots, screenings and intimate receptions. Income generated by rentals goes directly back into supporting our programs, public events, artist residencies and classes. Rental fees ranging from $10,000 - $38,000 are daily rates for 8am–1am. Overages are subject to an additional hourly fee. Non-profit organizations receive a 20% discount off our standard rental pricing. Pioneer Works is a multi-functional space. An additional fee will apply to limit staff and residents access to the building around the event.
