The heartbeat of the small Catskill town of Woodstock, Bearsville, and all that transpired in this small hamlet on the edge of Woodstock, created the music revolution of the sixties. The story of Bearsville is the story of Albert Grossman, a music entrepreneur and manager of musicians. High in the Catskill Mountains surrounded by forests and streams, Albert established a creative and nurturing community in which his artists could live and work. He built cabins, a record label, and created the Bearsville Studios. Bob Dylan moved to Woodstock to take advantage of his vision, and artists like Janis Joplin, Allen Ginsberg, Johnny Cash, George and Pattie Harrison followed his lead. Albert then planned an acoustically perfect Bearsville Theatre, where he could showcase his artists. Wave Hill offers the most romantic setting in New York City for your unforgettable wedding. Your ceremony takes place at the Pergola on the Great Lawn, with your cocktail hour either there or moved to the Lower Lawn or Kate French Terrace at historic Wave Hill House. Seated dinner is held in Armor Hall, which has a capacity capped at 130 guests, including a small band and dance floor in the Hall. If you choose to locate the dance floor nearby in the adjacent Mark Twain Room, the capacity is then 180 seated guests. Tented options are available at an additional cost for larger events up to 230 guests. Renting Wave Hill for a private weekend event requires a Wave Hill Membership at the $10,000 level. The tax-deductible portion is $9,748, and provides the wedding host with one year of Member benefits at this special level. In addition to Membership, the rental fee for a private evening event on the weekend is $8,000. Guest arrival begins at 6pm with departure at midnight. Wave Hill’s exclusive caterer, Great Performances, is dedicated to collaborating with you to create a personalized, quality experience for your guests. Passionate about culinary presentation, tastes and flavors that are crafted to enrich the occasion, Great Performances offers a proprietary element of style and innovative design that turns catering into an art-form and events into celebrations. Welcome to the Woodhouse Lodge, a hotel for friends from near and far located in Greenville, New York. Built in 1962 as a modern escape for city dwellers, the property has been transformed into a 10 room shaker meets mid century modern hotel, restaurant and bar tucked in the rolling hills of the Catskill Mountains. Children 8 and older are welcome. The Woodhouse lodge is located 30 min west of the Hudson NY Amtrack train station. We are remote enough to get your fill of fresh air activities like hiking, swimming holes, antiquing, drive-in movies, on site dining and outdoor attractions. In addition to being a unique place to sleep, the lodge serves as a gathering place and occasional hub of community activity, weddings and special events. The Norwalk Art Space is an exciting new museum and hub for the arts. The Norwalk Art Space at ADK House welcomes private events. We offer a contemporary, airy, and artistic new event space, newly renovated in 2020/21, and conveniently located off I-95 in Norwalk. Featuring a 2,200sf gallery, versatile loft space, separate 450sf dining area, and outdoor patio, ADK House offers many flexible options for your next special event. Exclusive catering at ADK House is provided by Marcia Selden Catering (www.marciaselden.com). We can accommodate approximately 120 guests for a sit-down dinner and up to 220 guests for a cocktail-style event. The size of the main interior event rooms is as follows: Main Gallery 40’ x 58' (2,200sf), Loft 19’ x 10', Foyer 21’ x 10', Cafe Dining Area 33' x 14' (450sf). We offer many large beautiful spaces to accommodate from 10 people up to 300 people. The space may be used for celebrations, weddings, birthdays, reunions, conferences, meetings, fundraising or cultural events. The space may also be used for classes, dance events, and other educational purposes. Besides our massive ballroom space, additional spaces are available within the building. There are gender neutral restrooms located on the floor. There are two access points including one directly on Wall Street. Our spaces are walking distance to the East Norwalk Station on the Metro North Line. All spaces come with a range of optional amenities including furniture rental, catering, paid parking, and audio services.

Boscobel opened as a nonprofit museum sixty years ago. Built between 1804 and 1808, it was originally the dream house of wealthy Loyalists. By the 1950s, after falling into disrepair, it was demolished. Preservationists saved as many architectural fragments as possible and reassembled them fifteen miles north, where the Neoclassical mansion was restored back to—and even beyond—its original grandeur. Boscobel was saved as a beautiful piece of art. Now an esteemed Historic House Museum containing one of the finest collections of decorative arts from the Federal period, Boscobel offers admission to 68 acres of our grounds, featuring lush gardens and a woodland trail.
