Located in the heart of Texas's Hill Country, A Thousand Cedars offers a unique forest setting brimming with majestic Cedar trees, big Oak trees, and a variety of other native Texas plants. Many clearly indicated paths lead to the location, providing convenient access for the Wedding Party and their guests. The natural scenery also provides fantastic photography options for the entire wedding party and their guests. A Colorado and Industrial motif has been included into the design of the venue itself, which features Cedar beams, black iron trusses, exposed brickwork, vaulted ceilings that reach 30 feet in height, and enormous glass windows on all sides that let the forest and natural light to fill the space. Our Bridal and Groom Suites, which are completely furnished, are accessible via a stairway near the entryway. Each Suite will be large enough to accommodate entire bridal parties as they prepare for the big day, and it will be equipped with its own shower, bath, vanities, mirrors, and windows to let in plenty of natural light. Village Golf Club is a championship 18-hole public golf course in Royal Palm Beach, in the heart of Palm Beach County and less than 15 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport. Designed by Mark Mahannah in 1973, the parkland-style, par-72 course spans 175 acres with Jones Dwarf Bermuda grass greens and yardage ranging from roughly 5,000 to 6,900 yards. The clubhouse offers dining and beverages at the on-site "19th hole," a fully stocked pro shop, and practice facilities including a driving range, putting green, and chipping area. For private events, the club rents out its Party Room, an indoor space with golf course views that accommodates up to 100 guests and includes a dance floor, with four hours of rental time plus setup and cleanup. An outdoor ceremony area is also available for wedding ceremonies. Hosts may bring in their own caterer, and the club offers several food and beverage options for guests planning a themed celebration or other gathering.

The American Windmill Museum sits on a 28-acre tract of rolling hills within Lubbock's Mackenzie Park, home to the largest public collection of restored windmills in the world. Two galleries — a 30,000-square-foot building opened in 1997 and a 33,000-square-foot addition opened in 2016 — house the collection alongside a 660KW Vestas wind turbine with a 154-foot rotor and a 6,600-square-foot model train layout. The museum's grounds and indoor spaces double as an event setting. The United Commons Patio is a covered, 6,816-square-foot banquet space that seats up to 200 guests and suits weddings, receptions, anniversary celebrations, company parties, banquets, proms, and trade shows, with tables and chairs, a full-service kitchen, and a bridal room on site. For smaller gatherings, the Christine Devitt Classroom accommodates up to 40 guests for meetings, seminars, and luncheons. The distinctive backdrop of restored windmills gives every celebration a setting found nowhere else.
