  Mesa Arts Center is a comprehensive arts campus located in downtown Mesa, Arizona, at the corner of Main Street and Center Street. Opened in 2005, the 210,000-square-foot facility spans seven acres and is the largest arts campus in Arizona. Its post-modern architecture — marked by sharp angles, canted walls, and glass facades reflecting the Sonoran Desert landscape — was designed by Bora and DWL Architects with landscape design by Martha Schwartz Inc. The campus offers four performance theaters ranging from the intimate 99-seat Anita Cox-Farnsworth Studio Theater to the 1,570-seat Tom and Janet Ikeda Theater, as well as indoor and outdoor reception spaces suited to groups of 50 to 1,570. Additional rental venues include the Nesbitt-Elliott Playhouse, the Virginia G. Piper Repertory Theater, a lecture hall, a mezzanine lobby terrace with downtown views, and an outdoor sculpture courtyard adjacent to the Mesa Contemporary Arts Museum. The center's Event Services team coordinates theater and special-event rentals, offering in-house technical supervision, AudienceView ticketing integration, and accessibility accommodations including assisted listening devices and sensory kits. The Valley Metro Light Rail stops directly across the street, and parking is available on-site and in the adjacent Sirrine Street Garage.

  The Chandler Community Center is a City of Chandler Parks & Recreation facility located at 125 E. Commonwealth Ave. in downtown Chandler, Arizona. Positioned in the heart of the city's historic downtown neighborhood, the center serves as a gathering place for community members of all ages seeking affordable recreational, leisure, and event opportunities. The facility offers several rentable spaces accommodating gatherings of various sizes: Classroom 101 seats up to 25 guests, the divisible Multipurpose Room accommodates up to 110 guests per section and up to 350 guests when all three sections are combined, and the outdoor Courtyard hosts up to 300 guests. A service kitchen is available to warm and plate catered food. Rentals are available Friday through Sunday after regular operating hours, with reservations accepted up to one year in advance. Suitable for milestone celebrations, nonprofit seminars, community meetings, and social gatherings, the center provides table and chair setup as a standard part of each rental. Nonprofit organizations holding 501(c)(3) status are eligible for a 50% discount on rental rates.
