  Camp Chatuga sits on 60 acres in the Blue Ridge foothills of Mountain Rest, South Carolina, completely surrounded by the Sumter National Forest, roughly two hours from Atlanta and an hour and a half from Greenville. Founded in 1956 by former Furman University roommates Nield Gordon and Everette Pigg, the property has been run by the Gordon family for more than 30 years and has been accredited by the American Camp Association since 1990. The original farmhouse still stands as the camp's dining hall, and the old cornfield is now a spring-fed private lake used for swimming and canoeing. Beyond its summer camp season, Camp Chatuga opens its grounds to youth and adult groups, churches, weddings, large family gatherings, sports teams, and school clubs for retreats and group events. A covered outdoor lodge with a stage and sound system anchors the property, alongside a dining hall that seats 200 with audio/visual capabilities, a large outdoor council ring with bench seating and a campfire pit, and a smaller campfire pit for more intimate gatherings. Groups can also make use of the camp's recreation hall, a 50 x 100 yard ballfield, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, a volleyball net, and the private lake. Overnight lodging is available in cabins that sleep four to ten guests, many with private bathrooms and several winterized for fall and early spring reservations, and meal service can be arranged for groups of 30 or more.

  Historic Ballenger House is a circa-1925 residence in historic downtown Seneca, South Carolina, recognized as a site on the South Carolina National Heritage Corridor. Built by Grady Woodfin and Eleanor Ballenger, the home stayed in the family until 1979, when their son donated it to the newly formed Seneca Woman's Club, which has owned and maintained it ever since. The main-floor Magnolia Room seats up to 48 guests and suits weddings, receptions, meetings, and fundraisers, while an upstairs conference room, converted from a bedroom in 2019, accommodates 10 to 12 for smaller gatherings. Both spaces come with audiovisual equipment and complimentary internet access included in the rental. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the Seneca Woman's Club sustains the property through membership, rentals, and fundraising, directing a portion of rental proceeds toward scholarships for local high school students.

Heart pine wood flooring and exposed brick more than 100 years old sit alongside modern conveniences throughout the 22-room inn, which opened in March 2011. For weddings and private events, the Carriage House — once a historic livery stable — serves as the venue's largest and most popular space, with a covered courtyard featuring a center fountain and Pracht Alley, a lit alleyway connecting to Benson Street that's often used for photos and smaller gatherings. The Bleckley Station, which opened in January 2017 at a separate downtown address, adds roughly 10,000 square feet of event space beneath a skylight and soaring exposed trusses, with theatre curtains that can subdivide the room for more intimate settings. The Bleckley Inn Plaza, added in 2013 above J Peters Restaurant on Main Street, includes a rooftop event venue overlooking Main Street Square. With four waterfront ceremony locations and a banquet facility with ample space for dancing, cocktails, and conversation, Harborside can accommodate weddings of all sizes. Your guests will be able to enjoy drinks while taking in the views of the harbor from the stainless steel indoor and outdoor bars. The banquet hall is made more spacious by the use of floor-to-ceiling glass windows. After 11 p.m., all amplified music must be turned off in public places. After 9 p.m., all outdoor amplified music must be turned off. If necessary, we can close off a portion of our patio with exterior flaps that can be lowered from the outside. It is necessary to have a LICENSED day of event coordinator. Neither a member of the wedding party nor a guest at the wedding may be this individual. A month before the event, they must provide a copy of their driver's license and meet with the venue manager to sign our coordinator agreement. Requests for recommendations for coordinators will be gladly accommodated by the venue. The host is required to provide Harborside with a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $500,000 (minimum), with Harborside East named as an additional insured party on the policy.
