Hidden Acres
6701 Ella Grace Ct, Marion, SC 29571, USAYour fairytale wedding should take place at Hidden Acres because it is the ideal setting. It combines old-world allure and natural splendor with the seclusion and tranquility of a pastoral setting and a surprising number of contemporary conveniences. Hidden Acres is a stunning location for your dream wedding, as it is discreetly tucked away in the countryside and is only ten minutes away from the historic downtown area of Marion. Allow us to assist you in making memories that you will treasure for the rest of your life. Hey y'all, Hi, my name is Donny Gerald, and I own Hidden Acres in Marion, South Carolina's historic district. When I first began Hidden Acres in 2007, I can say with complete candor that I had no intention of ever developing it into a wedding venue. It was first conceived of as a sort of hunting lodge when it was first built. But as more people approached me with the idea of having their wedding here, I became aware that there was a niche in the community that I could potentially fill. Keeping this gap in the market in mind, I set out to make Hidden Acres the most sought-after location for weddings in the Pee Dee region. To each of our couples, I believe that we have brought a little bit of paradise into their lives through the work that we have done here. The fact that other people love Hidden Acres just as much as we do is both an honor and a source of humility for my family and me. We are always looking for ways to improve the property, and it is one of our favorite things to do at Hidden Acres to surprise our clients with brand new and exciting amenities. When you stay with us, you'll get a taste of what "Rustic Charm and Southern Hospitality" was meant to be: the best of both worlds!

Parker Pines Events
259 Elwin Ln, Latta, SC 29565, USAFamily is the most important thing to us here at Parker Pines Events. Because of this, we designed our packages so that you can spend as much time as possible with your loved ones on the special day of your wedding. We are a company that is run by members of our own family. The Parker family, consisting of Stan, Denise, and Sarah, is the owner of the farm. In 2016, the home was purchased with the goal of quickly turning around and selling it to a sizable company. However, the family quickly fell in love with the property and started using it as a gathering place for family and friends not long after they purchased it. In 2018, Sarah tied the knot, which served as the impetus for the family to transform the property into a location for weddings and other events. Now that the dream has become a reality, we are excited to share our stunning, contemporary, rustic venue with you and your loved ones. We are excited to celebrate with you and hope to see you here at Parker Pines Events!

The experience at 82 Queen is the peak of the Lowcountry. From the moment your guests walk inside our historic restaurant, they will feel as if they have gone back in time. For a typical Lowcountry occasion, many of our gorgeously designed dining rooms date back to the early 1700s. Original artwork by late Charleston artist John Carroll Doyle adorns our walls, creating the perfect Lowcountry atmosphere in each dining area. In the midst of our restaurant, a 300-year-old enormous Magnolia tree stands tall, surrounded by a turn-of-the-century courtyard that features Charleston's most charming, scenic backdrop. Our distinctive Lowcountry cuisine, which was originally pioneered right beneath our roof, is a perfect match for our 300-year-old address. Serve award-winning delicacies made by our seasoned Chef and presented with nothing but Southern charm to your guests. Whether you're throwing a private party, a rehearsal dinner, a wedding reception, a baby shower, an anniversary, or a birthday celebration, 82 Queen will make sure every detail is taken care of! Trista Hoffman, our Special Events Coordinator, will ensure that your next event is a success. Three restaurateurs developed a vision in 1982 to create a dining experience that was uniquely "Charleston," with a focus on fresh, local cuisine and courteous service. They had the perfect location in the Historic French Quarter, with three buildings and a garden courtyard, but they couldn't come up with a name. With the urgency of launching looming, Harvey Poole, Joe Sliker, and Chef Steve Kish agreed to name the restaurant after the street location. As a result, one of Charleston's oldest and most renowned restaurants was born... Queen number 82! One may imagine that a 39-year-old spectacular original would be lost in the shuffle as Charleston's culinary culture gains international attention and hot young chefs launch trendy new restaurants. Customers seeking an authentic Lowcountry experience continue to fill 82 Queen's 11 dining rooms as it sticks to its original objective of serving fresh local cuisine.

The Lace House at Arsenal Hill is a historic French-style mansion in downtown Columbia, South Carolina, built in 1854-1855 as a wedding gift from railroad executive John Caldwell to his daughter Mary and her husband, Thomas Robertson. A French architect known for his work in New Orleans designed the home, and it retains original details including intricate ironwork, ornamental cornices, parquet floors, figured glass doors, and brass chandeliers. The State of South Carolina acquired the property in 1968, and it later served as the Governor's official guest house before a 2004 interior refurbishment adapted the home for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, and other celebrations. The gardens received landscape improvements in 2008 under the direction of First Lady Jenny Sanford. Notable interior rooms include the Camellia Room, home to a Revolutionary War-era field bed once belonging to Declaration of Independence signer Arthur Middleton, and the Cedar Room, decorated with prints of native South Carolina birds and waterfowl. The property sits within the Arsenal Hill complex alongside the Caldwell-Boylston House and the Carriage House, offering both indoor rooms and ivy-covered, garden settings for ceremonies and receptions.

The Bend Charleston
3775 Azalea Dr, North Charleston, SC 29405, USAA 20-acre community development along the storied Ashley River, The Bend represents a fresh way of thinking about how we live and form connections. The Bend's history began with a series of land grants given out by Lord Proprietors in the 1600s. The area along the historic Ashley River's bend has gone by a number of names over the past nearly 300 years, including Stock Prior, Quarter House, Accabee Plantation, Ryedale, Anna Brae, Malona, and most recently Ashley Shores, a privately owned community. The Pearlstine Company submitted a bid on the property in 2015 with the intention of renovating it. The Bend pays homage to the Ashley River's wide bend as well as the changing character of Charleston. The Bend underwent a multi-year change under the direction of Susan Pearlstine, a native of Charleston who is also an entrepreneur, business owner, philanthropist, environmentalist, community activist, and developer. Even now, the Bend is still changing. The Bend has become one of the most coveted event locations in the Charleston area as the neighborhood has safely gathered there for drive-in movies, distant graduation ceremonies, political rallies, and one of the first venues in the nation to welcome back well-known musicians for socially-distant concerts.
