Founded in 1988 by Reverends Colleen and Bob MacGilchrist as Woodside Spiritual Center, and renamed in 2008, the Center describes itself as "a light in the forest" -- a spiritual community built around connection and welcome for people of all paths. It is the Museum's hallmark area and will elevate your event to a higher level by allowing your guests to witness artisans produce works of art from molten glass while they are there. The Hot Shop rental fee includes the services of a team of glassblowers for the length of the event. Urban Grace is a historic 40,000-square-foot event venue and community facility in downtown Tacoma, Washington. The building traces back to 1883, when First Baptist Church first incorporated on the site; the congregation outgrew a series of earlier buildings before starting a capital campaign in 1921 for the structure that stands today. Architects Heath, Gove, and Bell designed the Gothic Revival building, completed in 1925 with glazed terracotta facing and cut stone supplied below market rate by the Walker Cut Stone Company. From the outset, the building was designed to serve more than worship, and that dual purpose carries through in its event spaces today. The Auditorium, renovated in 2021, seats up to 850 guests including its balcony, or 450 on the lower level alone, beneath a lattice-designed domed ceiling, with theatre seating, a modern sound system, and projection capabilities suited to weddings, concerts, and large gatherings. The Large Event Space offers 4,180 square feet of hardwood flooring and a raised stage for receptions of up to 200, backed by a full commercial kitchen, while the Chapel seats up to 80 amid stained glass and mahogany accents for more intimate ceremonies and small gatherings. A Conference Room and a Small Event Space accommodate meetings and gatherings of 40 and 60 respectively, each lit by the building's original ten-foot windows overlooking downtown Tacoma. Beyond hosting weddings and private events, Urban Grace is also home to more than fifteen resident nonprofits and arts organizations.

Beacon Hill Catering & Events is a family-owned venue set on 10 privately owned acres in Spokane's north foothills, where sweeping views of the cityscape give way to sunsets the venue counts among the finest in the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene region. Founded in 1997 by Pete Rayner, the business grew into full-service catering when his daughter Ellie Aaro — trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris — joined as a partner, and it has since been recognized as Spokane's Best Wedding Venue & Caterer. The property pairs a clubhouse that accommodates up to 150 guests indoors with gardens and lawns hosting up to 500, along with a vineyard pergola ceremony site seating 200 and a covered lower patio warmed by overhead gas heaters. Grounds feature a 350-foot waterfall and pond, several gardens, and an outdoor brick dance floor strung with bistro-style lighting — a favorite backdrop for photos alongside the private bridal suite and sunset vistas. With more than 20 years of experience, full-time event management and culinary teams handle everything on site: handcrafted menus from hors d'oeuvres to custom dinners, licensed bar service, two planning sessions, and a day-of venue coordinator — for celebrations ranging from intimate cocktail parties to large galas and weddings.

The outdoor sculpture garden brings an urban-industrial feel well suited to cocktail parties and wedding receptions, accommodating up to 200 seated and 250 for standing receptions. Foundry Vineyards hosts private parties and dinners, elopements, and full wedding celebrations. Rentals include tables, chairs, setup and teardown, staff for bar management, glassware, and on-site parking. Lakewold Gardens is a nonprofit public garden on the shores of Gravelly Lake in Lakewood, Washington, not a purpose-built banquet hall. The 10-acre estate dates to the early 20th century, and its design took shape over decades under Corydon and Eulalie Wagner, who owned the property from 1938 and brought in landscape architect Thomas Church, who returned regularly after his first Pacific Northwest visit in 1958 to refine the grounds. In 1987, Eulalie Wagner donated the estate to a new nonprofit, and Lakewold opened to the public as a garden in 1989. That history shapes how events work here. Rather than booking back-to-back weddings, Lakewold reserves a limited number each year, giving couples exclusive use of the Wagner House and surrounding gardens instead of a single interior room. Ceremonies and receptions can host up to 150 guests among century-old trees and garden rooms shaped across nearly a century of horticultural stewardship, while smaller micro-weddings and elopements are available for couples who want a quieter version of the same setting, including the Tea House gazebo and the wisteria-covered veranda. The same Wagner House rooms — an Upper Conference Room, Living Room/Dining Room, Veranda, and Atrium — are also available to rent for birthday parties, showers, corporate retreats, and other private gatherings, each with a view out into the garden.

    • Spaces for 450 Guests

Mountain Springs Lodge sits in Beaver Valley on the eastern slopes of Washington's Cascade Mountain Range, roughly 25 to 40 minutes from downtown Leavenworth depending on the season and road conditions. The property traces its roots to July 4, 1895, when W.W. and Elizabeth Burgess arrived and homesteaded the land, clearing fields, building a sawmill, and raising six children in the valley. Mountain Springs Lodge and Conference Center was built on that same ground in 1990, using local rock and native Northwest woods, with buildings positioned to preserve open meadow views and a wide panorama of the high Cascades. For weddings, the lodge offers several distinct settings across the property: Aspengrove, a mountain meadow ceremony site ringed by quaking aspen; the hand-hewn Beaver Creek Barn, strung with bistro lighting against a forested mountain backdrop; Beaver Creek Lodge, built with massive timbers and a river-rock fireplace; and Ponderosa Meadow, an open meadow beside a pond with views of the Cascades. Couples and their guests can also stay on-site, with recreation on the grounds that includes a swimming pool, horseback riding, fly fishing instruction, ziplining, and, in winter, sleigh rides and snowmobile tours.
