There is room for caterers and entertainment, modern electric service, and an open floor plan that allows for various table sizes and setups, bands and dj’s. At 1,500 square feet, smaller functions can be accommodated directly in the barn while the use of a tent supplements the barn for larger events. The Naugles Barn has been featured in Style Me Pretty, Rustic Wedding Chic, TLC’s “Secret Wedding” show, Edible East End and Well Wed Magazine and is the perfect choice for people seeking an authentic and memorable event experience. FEES All fees directly support the not-for-profit mission of Hallockville Museum Farm, and the upkeep of 19 historic buildings here on the 28-acre museum campus. The Fine Print & General Policies Only one event can be accommodated in the Naugles Barn at a time and availability is subject to Hallockville’s public event schedule. A site fee is provided in person during your scheduled visit or over the phone once we have had a chance to discuss the particulars of your event. A non-refundable 50% site fee deposit is required at time of reservation along with an additional security deposit. The balance of the rental fee is due in installments leading up to your event date. The security deposit, less any costs subtracted to cover damage or other losses to the facility, will be returned promptly after the event. All renters must obtain a Comprehensive General Liability policy that names Hallockville as an Additional Insured with coverage limits specified in the contract agreement between Hallockville and the renter. The renter will provide a Certificate of Insurance at least 30 days prior to the event. The renter’s caterer will also need to provide a Certificate of Insurance. Self-service of alcoholic beverages is not permitted. Only fully insured caterers or beverage vendors with a liquor license from the NYS Liquor Authority, are permitted to bring and serve alcoholic beverages on site. At your event, all alcoholic beverages must be served by a professionally-trained and TIPS and/or ATAP-certified bartender. The renter is responsible for obtaining any other permits (e. g., tent) that are required for the event. The museum is located in Riverhead Town, which does require the filing of tent permits through it’s Fire Marshal’s office.

Wolf Oak Acres is a barn wedding and event venue set on more than 200 acres of countryside along the Cowasselon Creek in Oneida, New York. The property spans meadows, ponds, gorges, woods, and gardens, offering a private, scenic backdrop for ceremonies, receptions, corporate events, and celebrations of many kinds. At its center is an 8,000-square-foot, climate-controlled barn that is fully handicap accessible, with an elevator, bridal and groom dressing rooms, a catering prep kitchen, and a 170-foot wraparound deck for cocktail hour. The venue seats up to 240 guests with banquet, bistro, and buffet tables and mahogany Chiavari chairs, and holds its own New York State liquor license. Full-day rentals include WiFi, a complimentary shuttle bus, and on-site parking for 300, with outdoor ceremony sites across the grounds. The Antique Boat Museum occupies a 4.5-acre waterfront campus in Clayton, New York, along the St. Lawrence River in the Thousand Islands region. Established in the 1960s and chartered under its current name in 1990, the museum is a nationally recognized institution dedicated to preserving North American maritime heritage. The campus encompasses ten exhibition buildings with 29,000 square feet of exhibits, 1,900 feet of dockage, and 1,300 feet of river shoreline. For private events, the museum offers a range of waterfront spaces — from open-sided porches overlooking the river to a large 80-by-40-foot tent and a fully covered yacht house featuring the in-water antique boat fleet. The Bayside Historical Society makes its home in The Castle, a Gothic Revival landmark building completed in 1887 as the Officers' Club for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Fort Totten in Bayside, Queens. Designated a New York City landmark in 1974 and listed on the State and National Registers of Historic Places in 1986, the building has served as the Society's base of operations since 1984 following a major restoration.
