The Bradley Estate I Trustees of Reservations

Once a colonial farmstead known as Cherry Hill Farm, the Bradley Estate was transformed in 1902 into a classic country estate. Dr. Arthur Tracey Cabot hired noted Architect Charles Platt to design a great house, landscaped grounds, and a complex of farm and estate buildings. Platt adorned the lovely natural setting with manicured lawns, a walled garden, and a brick-edged parterre garden. In 1945, Cabot's niece Eleanor Cabot Bradley acquired Cherry Hill Farm and lived there with her husband until its bequest to The Trustees of Reservations in 1991. Mrs. Bradley made some notable additions to the property, including a greenhouse and a studio. Today, the Bradley Estate is open to the public and the house and grounds host special occasions for both private and corporate clients.

The 3,000 square foot Roof Deck of the Jones Center has a built-in bar, an optional 20' x 11' screen, bistro tables, a panoramic view of the city skyline, and open-air shelter from the elements. This area is perfect for seated dinners, movie screenings, and cocktail parties. On the second floor of the Jones Center, with a view of Congress Avenue, is the Community Room, a room with full A/V capabilities. This area is ideal for lectures, seminars, workshops, and press lounges because it can accommodate up to 70 people. The 3,300 square foot Moody Rooftop at the Jones Center features a lovely canopy and a breathtaking, expansive skyline vista. This area is perfect for seated dinners, movie screenings, and cocktail parties. The Community Room is an indoor meeting room with a view of Congress Avenue that is completely A/V enabled. Located at 608 Commercial Street, this historic venue is just steps away from the Transamerica Pyramid, North Beach, and China Town. The building marks the site of the first U.S. branch mint in the West. Montgomery Street, one-half block away, marks the original waterline of Yerba Buena Cove. Visitors can peer into the underground brick vault where gold was stored. The vault survived the 1906 earthquake and fire.
