The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Environmental Education Building anchors the campus and includes exhibit spaces home to live animal ambassadors. Basignani Winery has been cultivating grapes and crafting wine in the rolling hills of Sparks, Maryland, since Bert and Lynne Basignani founded the winery in November 1986. The story begins in 1972, when Bert purchased 10 acres in Butler with a vision for a future vineyard, and in 1974 he and Lynne planted their first 60 vines across six varieties. Today the winery produces 6,500 gallons annually, drawing on a tradition of winemaking that traces to Bert's grandparents, who brought the craft with them from Italy. The centerpiece for private events is the heated Piazza Pavilion, an open-sided timber structure with retractable side curtains that accommodates up to 100 guests for seated celebrations. The Annapolis Maritime Museum & Park is a nonprofit cultural institution and event venue occupying two distinct waterfront campuses along Back Creek and the Chesapeake Bay in Annapolis, Maryland. Founded in 2000 by the Eastport Historical Society, the Museum Campus is housed in the historic McNasby Oyster Company building — the last oyster-packing plant in Annapolis — and offers 2,500 square feet of reception space plus an 1,100-square-foot deck with three piers and 180-degree views of the Bay and Back Creek. The Park Campus at 7300 Edgewood Road spans 12 acres of waterfront land, anchored by a 2,600-square-foot pavilion with fireplace, a 250-foot dock, and sweeping views of the same waterway. Schooner Liberté is a 77-foot, three-masted staysail schooner offering sailing excursions on Vineyard Sound from Falmouth Harbor, Cape Cod. Custom-built in 2001 and annually inspected by the U.S. Coast Guard, the vessel is certified to carry up to 49 passengers on morning, afternoon, and sunset sails throughout the summer season. Liberté's design draws from the Hout Bay 70 by naval architect Dudley Dix, adapted for passenger service with a three-masted staysail rig that allows for easier sail handling and greater flexibility under varying conditions. A full onboard bar and spacious deck round out the experience for guests. The schooner is available for private charter and accommodates a range of occasions — weddings, corporate outings, birthday parties, bachelorette celebrations, and family reunions. Private charters are fully customizable, departing Falmouth Harbor for sails that may reach Nobska Lighthouse, Vineyard Haven, or east past Falmouth Heights. Captain Ross and first mate Kate purchased Liberté in 2025 and operate the vessel with an experienced crew based in Falmouth.
